  I stopped here because I heard they had an accessible restroom and due to my rioting guts I needed one badly. They did not ask questions just got me to the restroom to go as quickly as possible I am forever grateful to the wonderful staff at best western for their timely help and in the future they will be top of my list for room when I am away from home.

  Location not bad. Managerial staff needs some polishing. My room well let me share with you. It had a very very bad order on top of that house keeping did a poor job. There was garbage and used utensils on the floor. A dirty sock someone left behind. I shared a video and basically they sent the laundry staff to spray and she just picked up and said oh they missed this. The high light was a decent breakfast. I will not be returning or recommending this location. You get what you pay for never again. Unless you have lost your sense of smell don’t stay here

  Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available. The hotel needs to manage its online reservation system properly so guests are not left stranded and confused after booking.

  Best stay my Husband and I have had in a long time! Room was very clean, Maria was our cleaner. Service was AMAZING! From check in to check out. Josephine and Kandi were both so nice and accommodating. Will be staying again!!

  We often stay here, Location is close by to the Towne Centre for shops and food etc. also close to a donut store and cafe Good size basic but comfortable rooms. Plenty of car parking Breakfast basic but good enough. Staff super nice and friendly. Any issues they’ll sort it. We will be back again. Ps ask for an upstairs room and round the back for slightly quieter nights sleep.
