- AMAlexa MadisonMay 13, 20265.0Incredible service from both the night and day front desk attendants. We had a very late arrival and large group, and arrived to extra beds pre-made. They were! We asked for a last minute late check out, which was approved, and received cold water bottles to take for the road upon leaving. Breakfast was well stocked and the lobby was open and inviting. Truly stellar service from an IHG property. We will definitely stop by again!

We had one room on the east side (quiet street) and one room on the other side (freeway.) If you had a window open you would hear the freeway. But...BUT...window closed you could barely hear it. Impressive soundproofing! Breakfast was very nice. I loved the sincere friendliness and diversity of the staff. Highly recommend.
