  The lady at the front desk when we checked in was lovely, and the complimentary breakfast was pleasant. However, despite the friendly service and good breakfast, I unfortunately would not stay here again. The room had a strong, unpleasant scent as soon as we entered, and we saw ants and other insects in the bathroom. There was also food left in the fridge, one of the ceiling sprinklers was hanging off, and when we uncovered the bedsheets on both beds, we found strands of hair that did not belong to us. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the room made for a very uncomfortable stay.

  Front desk lady gave us the wrong room first then another room but non working key. We had to go back and forth a few times for these silly problems and did not get an apology. Furnitures were old and beat up. Room was tired and old, it reminds you of cheap motel room on interstate highway. For almost $200 a night, we expect a bit more. We were too tired to change to another hotel. We would NEVER stay here again and will likely stay away from Best Western Hotel because of the multiple problems with this stay. I recommend checking the rook first before committing to booking.

  Stayed at Best Western Plus Plaza by the Green for two nights and had a very good experience overall. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. The hot breakfast was good, and we really appreciated having 24-hour coffee along with hot and cold water available on the first floor. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed anything. There was also plenty of parking available outside the hotel, which was convenient. The pool and hot tub area was the only part of the stay that we felt could have been better. Overall, a comfortable stay with clean rooms, good breakfast, and excellent service. We would be happy to stay here again.

  Clean room, comfortable bed, and great hot water pressure for a shower in the morning. The breakfast is very well done, and the staff is friendly and professional. 15 minute drive to the airport in morning traffic, not too bad.

  This has been a wonderful stay! The staff are all so helpful and friendly, but Courtney was truly a shining star when I arrived during a time of crisis - and I’m beyond thankful to her. The rooms are very clean and quiet, comfy beds, and the TV has good channels as well as streaming services like Netflix, Prime, etc. The room and bathroom are spacious, and I appreciated the free drinking water, mini fridge, soaps etc. They have free coffee 24/7 in the lobby area, and even free cookies in the afternoon. Parking was easy, and I felt very safe here. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at!
