  The light in the room is horrible. I can't see much of anything. Two sconces by the mirror is not enough to light an entire bathroom. Did they have bubba the maintenance guy in charge of lighting? Who knows if the place is even clean. Seriously. Do the maids walk around with flashlights or just keep their fingers crossed? Be ready to spend a night in a cave. Also. Both bathrooms in the lobby were occupied for the 20 minutes i waited to get my room key. I'm guessing the staff locked them for their convenience.

  This was home base while attending annual conference with Combat Veterans International (CVI). We rode over from Vancouver Wa by way of WA Hwy 12. After riding 3hrs in 95*+ temps and welcomed the friendly greeting and very comfortable accommodations. Morning breakfast was a real plus.

  Loud, loud, loud. You can hear every peep, footstep from the rooms above, and every door slam. I wouldn’t bother writing this review if it weren’t for the front desk staff contributing to noise until almost midnight. The two ladies were talking at full volume right outside my room. With rooms directly next to the lobby, there should be silent time when guests are trying to sleep. I got up and asked them if they could quiet down and not even 5 minutes later they were back to hooting and hollering. I packed up all my things at 11:30 pm with anticipation of moving my room away from the lobby, yet they refused to move my room, or offer any resolution. Not even an apology. Etiquette is a lost art. I travel A LOT, have stayed in hundreds of hotels of all different levels in every single state of the country and I’ve never had to get out of bed (twice!) and make a noise complaint.

  As someone who works at the front desk, I wanna say this stay was really nice. This was my first time booking a hotel and traveling with my service dog so my stress was high. We ended up arriving a little bit early and the staff was extremely friendly with my family and service dog and checked us in quickly. When our TV wasn't working, the front desk lady and manager were super nice and offered us another room. The front desk people through out our stay had great customer service skills and were all super super nice when I kept coming up with small questions. Beds were nice, my family member took the king bed and I took the pullout. Our AC units worked very well, shower pressure was amazing. The only thing is the pet potty spot was made of turf, which got super hot most of the day, my dog didn't like stepping on it to potty. If possible having a canopy to help provide safe and prevent ouchy paws that would be amazing. All in all I would highly recommend this place and will come back again for longer. The area was nice and felt safe I was able to Walk my dog at night peacefully.
