  As someone who works at the front desk, I wanna say this stay was really nice. This was my first time booking a hotel and traveling with my service dog so my stress was high. We ended up arriving a little bit early and the staff was extremely friendly with my family and service dog and checked us in quickly. When our TV wasn't working, the front desk lady and manager were super nice and offered us another room. The front desk people through out our stay had great customer service skills and were all super super nice when I kept coming up with small questions. Beds were nice, my family member took the king bed and I took the pullout. Our AC units worked very well, shower pressure was amazing. The only thing is the pet potty spot was made of turf, which got super hot most of the day, my dog didn't like stepping on it to potty. If possible having a canopy to help provide safe and prevent ouchy paws that would be amazing. All in all I would highly recommend this place and will come back again for longer. The area was nice and felt safe I was able to Walk my dog at night peacefully.

  I booked through the customer service line. I was given a great price so I booked the room with the representative. Come to find out at check in, my information was incorrect. They said I would have to call customer service to get that fixed. Then I was overcharged by $100 at check out. I called customer service and told them everything. Waiting to hear back but doesn’t sound promising. I flew in from Columbus Ohio for a funeral. I was on a strict budget. I would have stayed at the Hampton Inn for that price. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was okay. I was told by customer service there was a hot tub. No hot tub. “Heated” pool was not “heated.” Will not be staying at Best Western again. They will deceive you.

  The website screwed up my reservation date so they made me pay for a king suite and pay the full price. They wouldn't refund the initial $143 I'd already paid. The desk clerk was rude when I complained. So I paid $400 for one night to be put across from the pool with screaming kids and on another wall this load mechanical noise kept going off all night. The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on plywood. The towels were paper thin. I used to stay at this hotel for business, but after this experience, I take my business elsewhere.
