  I just needed to stay one night and it was the worst night of sleep i had in a long time. The room wasn’t part of the main building, it was in a small building in the property. The room was nice when I got there but as soon as I turned off the light, the fire detectors flashed me all night. Not like a little flash, I mean like a FLASH, and there’s 2, one on each side of my bed. Don’t get me started on the plumbing, I heard everything. This was after I WAITED for someone to notice me to check in.

  Room was clean and I am rarely bothered by noise from other rooms. The WiFi is not that fast but it works. I got a room with a kitchenette (stovetop/dishwasher) and there are no dishes supplied to the room. I didn’t ask the front desk for any, they may have them. Still this is the first suite with a kitchen and zero kitchen items I’ve stayed in. The laundry rooms have been the biggest issue I’ve had here. They don’t have enough washers/dryers on the 4th floor and the 2nd floor laundry room is gross. The washers are moldy at their seals and have a strong mildew smell. Obviously lots of people use them but they seemingly never clean the units. They also need to clean the lint filters, like more than just the layer we remove. They had a lot of buildup.

  Coming from Hawaii PCS move to JBLM. The stay is great, services is excellent customer level. They are friendly and helpful, so I honestly don’t know why the reviews are bad or what the people issue is with this hotel. It’s convenient with everything close by with in processing, the px, gas, commissary, and 2 gates. If anything the tv can be updated, cable is scratchy, WiFi is as good as it can get. If you’re a gamer. You’re sol, but for everything else. It’s fine. Can still stream, and do work. My stay is for the next month, so it’s comfortable for me with the price.
