  Our stay was excellent Shelly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed she is a very wonderful manager the hotle is beautiful and new and clean for a hotel it has a amazing breakfast definitely will return

  Extremely disappointing experience—poor management ruined our family reunion weekend. The on-site staff were kind, professional, and helpful, but management was disorganized, uncommunicative, and unwilling to take responsibility for the hotel’s mistakes. Our conference room was supposed to be available at 8:00 AM but wasn’t accessible until after 11:00 AM. Later that night, we were told we would need to pay an additional $250 to use the room the following day, even though it had already been reserved and included in our original quote. When we provided documentation showing the event planner had booked the rooms incorrectly, management still attempted to charge us more rather than resolve the issue. Several family members were also promised late checkouts, but their room keys were deactivated because the arrangements were never entered into the system. Mistakes happen, but management’s lack of accountability and unwillingness to help made the situation far worse. The staff deserved five stars; management deserved the opposite. We will not return or host another event here. If you’re planning a large gathering, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  I wasn’t sure about this place after reading some reviews but once I was there, I knew they must be old or out of date. This Holiday Inn Express was so nice!! The pool and workout facility were comfortable and enjoyable. The seating area for breakfast was plentiful! And we really enjoyed the continental breakfast. Eggs, chicken sausage, a great yogurt bar, and more

  The rooms were recently updated. Everything was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was small, but functional. There is no in room coffee, but coffee is always available in the lobby with creamer and sugars. Also there was no decaf, though herbal teas were available. No restaurant on site but many are within walking distance or a short drive. I was in a room with 1 King bed, a dresser a good size desk/table, a comfy desk chair and lounge type chair, refrigerator and a microwave. Nice, large screen TV. It has a nice, big lobby with comfortable chairs and couches. Breakfast had delicious cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, juices, yogurt bar granola, a variety of fruits, pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy the day I ate there. Large parking lot. Not far from the rapid transit train between Federal Way and Seattle. All in all, an adequate, comfortable place to stay! Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

  Stayed with my husband with small child for the Enumclaw Highland Games. We normally stay across the street at the Marriott, but this hotel had nice amenities and the price was right. Having a good nights rest and a clean bathroom is always at the top of our list. Since my husband was in a competition the following day we needed to get a good nights rest. When we checked in, we were told it was a full hotel and we got into our room. We did not have air-conditioning. We actually didn’t have any air for that matter. It was a completely stagnant room. We tried to work with guest services, but nothing could be done. They said maintenance could come the next day, but that’s no use when we’re staying for one night. ‘Manager on site’ was nowhere to be found. We begged for any options. We got was a dusty fan that said “do not get to hotel guests.” I received passive text messages from the “hotel manager “ throughout the night. Their only option was to give us points for another stay. We don’t travel a lot, so try to be very conscious of our budget. I was hoping for a full refund as the stay was very hot and my child was sweating through the night and had a dusty fan blowing on her while my husband and i had a very uncomfortable nights rest. I was surprised at the lack of accountability this hotel had. Never again would I stay here and give my money to holiday inn. The room and bathroom clean. Breakfast was provided- but if shit hits the fan, this place won’t do anything.
