  Rooms are cute and spacious, great location to highways, food, entertainment. With my stay, I expressed to the front desk that the filter should be changed in the ac unit...smelled like sulfur. I asked them to change it, they did not. Breakfast is ok...not a fan of the egg omelet. They have 2 waffle makers that make it faster for the customers, fresh fruit on the bar was nice, coffee and teas all day was great too. Pool was ok, could be a little warmer, laundry room is nice. The only mild issue was having one entrance in and out. The major issue was the homeless people around the hotel. I would see the night shift guy come out with this flashlight and move suspicious cars, but safety wise, maybe hire security. When I arrived after a 4hr flight and traffic, it would have been nice to be greeted with a smile. I.stead I was greeted with both their heads down and when they looked up, it was as if I was bothering them or I was a problem....and I was just checking in. I worked for Marriott before. I remember the training for customer service. Always greet with a smile. Be attentive....neither of them were that day.

  This is a standard nicer hotel with free parking and all the amenities, even an indoor pool. The main attraction is the location. It's two blocks from the Federal Way Link station, a train that delivers you downtown in less than an hour for cheap. You avoid nasty Seattle traffic and $75 downtown parking fees. We came here for a soccer game but it's just as convenient for a shopping trip or museum crawl. The hotel also has a complete hot breakfast included in the price. Clean, quiet, friendly.

  My stay was excellent! I appreciate it every thing in its place. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Check in/out was a breeze. Much appreciated!

  I have a Tesla, and when I called to make a reservation, I was told that the chargers were working; however, when I arrived, they weren't working, and my car ran out of charge.

  Very nice Holiday Inn. Conveniently located off the freeway. The room is classic Holiday Inn and the bed is comfy. They are pet friendly, as we heard a dog barking on the 7th floor. They have a pod coffee pot, but went down to get fresh brewed coffee from the breakfast area. Their breakfast was delicious, hot, stocked, different everyday and plenty of seating area. As we were gone the entire next day, we were disappointed that housekeeping was not done for us that day... we were told that housekeeping does not do the rooms on a daily basis, so we requested the next day service, which was completed nicely. There is no fan in the bathroom. What we found slightly inconvenient, was the toilet paper roll was placed in an odd spot, way back beyond a normal reach. We solved that, by taking the toilet paper off the holder and placing it on the counter for a more convenient reach. Weird, but doable! They have a pool, but is not open during the week, only week-ends. The soaps and lotions are in containers attached to the wall. They say Dove brand and feel very nice on the skin. Highly Recommend for your stay.
