  This place would be great at $200. At over $500 due to low inventory/an event in town, it's a complete rip off. No glasses in the room, nor bottled water, even. Also, bay view room included awesome view of the HVAC exhaust units on the lower roof and their exhaust. Staff and service was amazing. The bar fixed our no glasses problem, but still...at $500 a night a little bit of extra something would have been appreciated.

  Priced pretty high for what is received. We used reward nights to pay for the night and probably would not have chosen to stay there had we not. The rooms are on the small side. There is no microwave and the refrigerator does not cool down. I could not find a temperature control function. We had a corner room with a "view"...of the parking lot. TV has no guide with most channels being a black screen with a "no signal" notice. The service was exceptional and Mary made us feel very welcome and even a little special. The on site restaraunt, the Jetty, is very expensive with not much satisfaction. The food is al a carte so the total cost of a complete meal adds up quickly. Example is an 8 oz steak is 41 dollars and some brussel sprouts is another 11 dollars. A cup of soup will set you back 9 dollars. It was a situation where the quality of the food could not get the cost out of my mind. Mario was a great server with good suggestions and very attentive.

  Had a stay here for a few nights while I had construction happening near my home. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear two or three rooms and their footsteps. The staff places signage out to take their breaks with no cover for their shift so you're left staring at a sign. If the rooms weren't so expensive, I wouldn't care about non existent service. Everything feels synthetic and cheap, every piece of fabric, and when you look at the trim of the rooms, you understand why, it's a bland corporate office converted to a hotel. I would pay far less for something like this, the employees are a bit stuck up, had a bartender tell me he didn't know anything about events being held there, extremely sarcastically. Simple question, sarcastic answer. Again, not worth the money, you can find something worth your time for $400 instead or go much cheaper and justify the missing quality. Restaurant was always empty and I when I did try it, it didn't go well with the octopus. Edit: To save face they responded with some generic garbage below. The GM is the absolute worst at customer service, her name is Jordan. No calls, no emails, just a dumb Google review response by the business.

  Great hotel if you need to stay in Everett. It’s in a safe area right on the waterfront, with a lot of really cool, modern restaurants and bars at the Port within walking distance. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, parking is free, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The hotel was built shortly before COVID, but it has been kept up very well and still feels fresh and modern. The water views are also a great bonus. Overall, a very good hotel and definitely one I would recommend if you’re staying in Everett.

  I would be lying if I gave this Hotel 5 stars. I will have to rate it on my experience. It was my first time staying here. I needed to get away for the night. Just some peace and some ME time and Queens always deserve to pour into themselves and also deserve nothing but TOP TIER and that's what I expect at all times. The front desk ladies were super friendly..Even though they didn't give me my breakfast voucher that I paid for (I got that later the next day) the process for checking in was ok. I requested ahead of time to have champagne on ice be in my room and it was there upon my arrival. I also requested a GORGEOUS view away from noise and elevators and they delivered with that as well!!!! When I tried to call the hotel phone for room service the phone wasn't working. I called front desk and they sent up a "maintenance" guy that fixed the issue but it wasn't fixed. So no problem I just used my cell to call out. I ordered room service and they took forever on my food. By the time I got the food it was luke warm. Then they forgot my soda. I called to speak to the manager at the restaurant because at this point I was frustrated. Especially when you are charging a 22 percent service charge which shouldn't even be a thing if you're a club member and you are a guest at the hotel? Because of these issues they did everything they could to make it right and they comped for my meal. I was absolutely amazed that they did that. The next morning I walked to the restaurant to get my breakfast and the lovely waitress said I had to get my voucher at the front desk. Their breakfast was delicious and such huge portions of food and the waitress was just lovely. So despite a few issues I'd say I would definitely return to this hotel. They went above and beyond for me to make things right, everyone was so nice and the place is gorgeous. Thank you again.
