I would be lying if I gave this Hotel 5 stars. I will have to rate it on my experience. It was my first time staying here. I needed to get away for the night. Just some peace and some ME time and Queens always deserve to pour into themselves and also deserve nothing but TOP TIER and that's what I expect at all times. The front desk ladies were super friendly..Even though they didn't give me my breakfast voucher that I paid for (I got that later the next day) the process for checking in was ok. I requested ahead of time to have champagne on ice be in my room and it was there upon my arrival. I also requested a GORGEOUS view away from noise and elevators and they delivered with that as well!!!! When I tried to call the hotel phone for room service the phone wasn't working. I called front desk and they sent up a "maintenance" guy that fixed the issue but it wasn't fixed. So no problem I just used my cell to call out. I ordered room service and they took forever on my food. By the time I got the food it was luke warm. Then they forgot my soda. I called to speak to the manager at the restaurant because at this point I was frustrated. Especially when you are charging a 22 percent service charge which shouldn't even be a thing if you're a club member and you are a guest at the hotel? Because of these issues they did everything they could to make it right and they comped for my meal. I was absolutely amazed that they did that. The next morning I walked to the restaurant to get my breakfast and the lovely waitress said I had to get my voucher at the front desk. Their breakfast was delicious and such huge portions of food and the waitress was just lovely. So despite a few issues I'd say I would definitely return to this hotel. They went above and beyond for me to make things right, everyone was so nice and the place is gorgeous. Thank you again.

This is a great ocean view hotel with a lot of restaurants and bars that you can go to within walking distance, two to three hundred yards walking

Haven't stayed at the hotel, but have been to many events there. Great location. Lovely building. Courtyard is a great outdoor space for events.

I had a party to attend in Everett and decided to find a hotel nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the modern hotel near restaurants and within walking distance of my friend's home. I loved the view from my room while I got ready and came back from the party in time for a nightcap at the hotel. Enjoyed a restful sleep and a leisurely morning, having breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

I want so much to give the best review but, It’s hard when there were so many small things that became major when they were all added up together. I love this hotel, let’s start by saying that. It’s a beautiful room, beautiful scenery. Great ideas, but Not very practical. For instance, the shower door is not on the right side so when you open it up and cut the water on you get wet just trying to cut the water on. Second there’s no soap holder so you either put the soap on the ground, or you stand there and hold the soap. not everybody uses liquid soap. Second the microwave wouldn’t open after I warmed our food. I had to figure out how to get the microwave open by unplugging it in order to open it. 3rd The mirrors when upon arrival look like someone took their hands and smudged them all the way across the mirror from the top of it down to the bottom. At night when it’s time to go to sleep, the clock light on the side table is so bright that it lights the whole room up. Also, the people upstairs and I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but they walked back-and-forth stomping all night and early morning long. Which made it a very rough night of sleep. It was at 21st year anniversary and we wanted enjoy each others company and to rest. I didn’t sleep a wink that was a bummer. We stayed in a suite and when you pay for a suite you expect certain things to be meticulous and proper. I try not to be petty, but I do expect a certain level of attention to details. And unfortunately we didn’t get our moneys worth when it comes to comfort and detail. The restaurant was very good. The people in the restaurant and the hotel are very nice. This was our 2nd time staying. The 1st was good which made us come back. We probably will try it again because again we like this hotel. Hopefully it was just one bad night. Hopefully attention to detail and upgrades will be made so that future stays will give us our moneys worth. And it would be what I know this hotel is capable of providing to all that decide to stay there. I did request a extended stay and was given that request. But I had to ask…Thanks
