- EBElizabeth BurchSep 5, 20261.0Booked a room for two nights for the sole purpose of spending as much time as possible in the hot tub and pool. First room I was given had not been turned around. Went down for new room, no problem. King size bed looked comfy enough. Got changed and headed to the pool. It was freezing cold!!!! We checked out. They charged us for the first night and said the manager would call. I called at 1130 and the manager had not arrived yet. Now 1530 and still no phone call. When the accomodations are not good enough, make it right or refund money. I will never go back or recommend this place.
