Disrespectful and Very Discriminatory. I checked in around 1:30 a.m. after a very long drive and had a few basic questions for the front desk: whether I had the correct parking spot, the Wi-Fi password, where the laundry room was, the pool/jacuzzi hours, and the breakfast options since I have dietary restrictions. All completely relevant questions when checking into a hotel. After checking in, I also asked for a couple of extra towels for the pool. I was told to come pick them up from the front desk, which I was completely fine with. However, as I was walking back down the hallway to reception, I overheard the receptionist loudly talking about me to someone else. She said, “This INDIAN person has been bothering me so much, asking me questions, inquiring about things. She’s making me go crazy.” I initially thought she was talking about another guest, but then I heard her say, “She just checked in. Asked me for towels,” and realized she was talking about me. I am not Indian, which made the comment even more inappropriate, but regardless of that, referring to a guest this way and complaining about them within earshot is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that working the front desk at 1:30 a.m. may be tiring, but asking basic questions about the hotel and requesting towels is hardly unreasonable. I was genuinely excited to stay here after reading so many positive reviews, so this experience was extremely disappointing and left a very bad first impression. I hope management addresses this because guests should feel welcomed and respected, not mocked or complained about behind their backs. Also like other hotels, when guests ask you for things don’t make them come to you? As someone from a community that has unfortunately experienced discrimination and stereotyping, it was especially upsetting to hear myself reduced to a racial label and discussed in such a dismissive way. I was not only incorrectly identified as Indian, but made to feel marginalized simply for asking normal questions as a guest

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to show care, compassion and meet our needs during a difficult time. We stayed approximately 8 weeks and there isn't anything that I would change or complain about.

I called the front desk about the check in time and she was very flat about answering my question. That's how most of the stay went as it was just okay. The price was fine but the lack of supervision, customer service and overall maintenance of the price reflected in the price. There was kids screaming and running down the hallways, people cheering and screaming, etc. Even worse, this was not the hotel that I thought I had booked but that was my error. We stayed here during Geekfest and it wasn't the worse drive to and from. The breakfast here is decent with plenty of options but they were always out of something and it took a good while to get it out. The breakfast employee was probably the most friendliest employee at that hotel though. The hotel room was decent with a little kitchenette along with utensils, pots and pans to use. They don't do housekeeping every day which is fine. The AC in the room was working pretty well, not too cold or weak. The parking here can be a bit tough especially if there are events as we struggled to find parking every so often. I might come by here in the future with our dogs as they are pet friendly but we'll see our other options options.

Ich würde es wirklich nicht als "Executive" Residenz bezeichnen. Frühstück ohne jegliches Wohlfühlgefühl und Zimmer lassen Renovierung vermissen.
