- AMAaron Moore3 days ago1.0Quite possibly the rudest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Ive stayed here before and treated well. But this time was an awful experience. I will never go back. Plenty of better hotels in the area. Totally unprofessional, rude, not helpful at all. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere in everett. And they wouldnt even credit or cancel my reservation even though I didnt stay here. Said I had to get ahold of the app I used to cancel so they still have my money at this time. Total scam. Larger middle aged women who seemed under the influence of something. She was shaking so bad she could barely type. Didnt have a clue what she was doing. The gentleman was rude and didnt seem to care at all about the hotel or his job. Horrible experience. And still haven't been refunded the money I paid even though never ended up staying there because they didnt accept my credit or debit card or cash for a deposit.
- ETErin TAug 26, 20264.0Nice hotel, working tv, nice view and two comfy beds. I do have one complaint though, I had my key card and I went to the pool. When I was finished I hopped out of the pool and grabbed my key card and scanned it. I don’t know if I did anything wrong but it would not let us in, but other than that nice hotel, and it has a nice variety of food.

Separate sink with toilet/shower and another outside the bathroom which I like. Good breakfast-waffles, fried eggs, breakfast potatoes and more. Overall a good stay for a reasonable price.

When I reserved the room there was notification water would be shut off and there was no estimate of when it will be back on. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience being I wasn’t notified when I booked it. They refused to refund and front desk agent and owner laughed as I walked out. Luckily Priceline refunded the money and I was able to find another hotel nearby for cheaper and nicer as well.
