    My room was ready when I arrived which I really appreciated. Everything inside was clean and the towels were fresh.

    My stay fell short of my expectations. Upon check-in, the room had a noticeable, unpleasant chemical odor that was quite off-putting. I actually had to spend time airing the space out myself just to make it comfortable. Beyond the smell, the dresser felt sticky to the touch, which didn't give me much confidence in the overall cleanliness or maintenance of the suite. A major issue arose with the parking. My vehicle was parked under a tree that leaked a significant amount of residue (sap/debris) all over the car. I had to spend my own time and money on cleaning supplies and a professional car wash just to rectify the damage.When I brought these concerns—both the room condition and the vehicle issues—to the attention of the management, I found them to be largely unhelpful. They continued to allow vehicles to park 7nder the tree. There was very little effort made to mitigate the situation or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience and extra costs I incurred.Given the lack of cleanliness and the dismissive attitude regarding property-related damage to my vehicle, I didn't find the stay to be a good value. I likely won’t be returning to this location on future trips through the area.

    Excellent experience - friendly, helpful staff - great breakfast spread - good value for money. We will be staying here again. Jenn, in particular, was great - she was there to help us get checked in, and made sure we had everything we needed at checkout.
