  The saving grace of this hotel is the location and the front desk staff. If you have an issue, good luck having the general manager give you a call back or actually address your concern. When we stayed there, there was dirt underneath pillows a strong exhaust smell along with a wet dog smell and the jet tub jets were so orange and brown and gross that it turned my exciting evening bubble bath into something that was disgusting that I didn’t even get to take. Upon addressing this concern with the front desk staff in the morning, they were kind, courteous and apologize for the cleanliness that we experienced, and we were told that the general manager would be giving us a call back on Monday when she returned to the hotel. The general manager never called me back. I had to initiate the call upon speaking with her. She stated that she had to speak with her regional Director, and that she would call me back after she spoke with him when he landed when I called again the following week because she had failed to call me back. She stated that she was still unable to contact him and that she would be reaching out to him shortly. I called again today, asking for an update as it has now been substantial time since my experience and day and she stated that her regional Director says what she offered was appropriate and that was all she could do when I asked why she had not followed up and called me back. She stated it’s because I left a bad review and that she didn’t have time to answer or address my concerns. She had ample time. I love holiday inn however this location does not deserve your money as the leadership does not care that you slept in dirt after paying around $400 for one night. Based off of the experience talking with her via phone, I have little faith that this review will do anything. Do not stay here. Do not waste your money.

  A suite usually means it has a living area separated from the sleeping area. This isn’t really true for the King Suite. The King Suite has a fold out bed but the only separation is a partial half wall, not appropriate for 3 adults using the same hotel room. The photos are taken in such a way that you can’t see this in advance, which seems intentional and dishonest. When we asked if they had a room with a separate bedroom, they front desk person said they didn’t think they had those types of rooms. When we told them the room didn’t meet our needs and asked to downgrade to a room with 2 queens (at least the other person could have a real bed if we were going to be in the same room) they gave us the room, then told us we would be charged the greater amount for the suite anyway. The room situation was at worst dishonest, and at best a misrepresented, to charge us for the room we weren’t using was wrong. Queen rooms with a AAA discount run $268, King Suites run $317. I would like a refund for the difference. Actual property review, the sheets were clean and the tv worked, but the refrigerator made a horrible sound off and on all night. The bathroom looked pretty bad, with staining and sticky stuff on the wall. I’d be willing to accept this for a discount hotel, but my final price was $350.61 for a 1 night, and the room definitely did not reflect the price.

  Terrible! I booked a room for me and my two dogs to stay over three weeks ago. Upon arriving I was told they did not have a room for me and then promptly walked away offering no help whatsoever. Not only was the customer service appalling I have yet to receive a refund. For a room THEY denied me from checking into. It’s been over three weeks and nothing. Not even a response. You’d be better off sleeping in your car than giving this “business” a cent of your money.
