  Customer service is worse than swallowing a bag of broken glass. Requested a brief question to the manager about the way the hotel was interpreting a posted policy to determine if I could stay another night. Was told she would call me in my room in 20 minutes. Went back out an hour later and still she was "too busy" and would call me in my room. Went back a 3rd time and said it was urgent and still no luck. That staff was audibly and visibly put out by my asking. Finally went back out a few hours later and asked again for the manager only to be told the person I was talking to was a manager and had just gotten there. She was insanely rude and said she would need to call the owner. She went behind a wall and came back out and said she called and stood by the hotel interpretation of policies (despite reading it and confirming I was right) there's no way she did anything but stand in a back room for 2 minutes. The phone is at the desk... don't lie. Then I asked to speak to the owner and was told "no." So I said I needed to check out and go to a hotel that did meet my needs and she said I had to pay for this "night" because it was past check out time. Well obviously it would have been a late check out as I waited all freaking day to speak to the general manager who decided to blow me off so that I was forced to pay an "extra night." Called Corporate and they said "I'm sorry this happened to you. They were really busy today." How is that my fault? The policies posted online are not the actual policies. If you're going by those, don't. Also the room was dirty: hair all over the bathroom and food all over the carpet. Train noise was obnoxious. Horrible cell service and slow internet. So long story short: if you have no need for any type of customer service and don't mind a mediocre over priced room this hotel will work.

  Great place to stay. Breakfast was amazing. Really appreciate how now everyone was :)

  Best hotel in Cheney, near EWU. Genuine, caring service with clean rooms, reasonably comfortable beds, and a solid breakfast that's better than most hotels in this range.

  Friendly and attentive. I liked that I could text to have my garbage taken out and have the bathroom cleaned. I came for work meetings that lasted all day, so it was hard to stop by and ask at the front desk. It was nice returning to clean basket and bathroom

  Busy event weekend, but the staff were on top of it. At breakfast they were *slinging* (in the best sense) a constant supply of hot food from the kitchen. Rooms felt clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Feels like perfect execution of “quality, not ritz” hotel service.
