  Our homeowners insurance paid for me my husband and son to stay here during renovations. . My son and I stayed one night had breakfast..we came back later went to the room we couldn't get in. .the key wouldn't work. Came back down and was told to leave. I told them we have a room we were just here last night.this night manager..His name was casey..was so rude. Turns out my husband wanted the room for him and his girlfriend he's cheating on me.with. Managers and staff are pathetic unprofessional and just gross.

  Went there for an anniversary party in one of the conference rooms. Vert clean but we did not stay in a room there.

  Rooms very clean. Car pet was new no stains. Staff friendly. I could even text the front desk for my needs which was so cool. I would definitely stay again

  I did not get to stay here, however, this hotel had amazing customer service and I feel that they deserve a good review for it. The Spokane wildfires meant that I did not feel safe going here, so I asked the hotel if I could get a refund, although the booking I made was supposed to be non-refundable, they did actually give one. Good customer service 👍.

  Our experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing, and it came down to one thing: the manager refusing to honor the agreement her own employee made with us. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and because tournament schedules are unpredictable, we didn’t know exactly how long we’d need our room. The front desk attendant worked with us and allowed us to keep the room reserved until 8:00 p.m. each day instead of forcing us to check out at 11:00 a.m. We followed that process for two days without any issues, signing the paperwork each day. On the third day, after we had once again signed the agreement, the manager suddenly decided she wasn’t going to honor it. She changed the terms after the fact, refused to allow us to keep the room under the same arrangement, and charged us for an additional night that we never even stayed in. To make matters worse, when I objected to being charged for a room I wasn’t allowed to use, the manager told us to leave the property. Think about that: we were forced out while simultaneously being charged for the very night we were denied the opportunity to stay. A business is only as trustworthy as its word. If a hotel won’t stand behind agreements made by its own staff—and instead changes the rules whenever it’s convenient—you can’t rely on anything they promise. The manager’s handling of this situation was unprofessional, unethical, and showed a complete lack of integrity and customer service. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else if you value honesty, consistency, and fair treatment. We will never return. Update: The public response stated that they were concerned about my experience and asked me to call the hotel to discuss it. I did exactly that. I called, asked for the owner, was sent to voicemail, left my name and phone number, and never received a return call. At this point, it appears your response was intended to look helpful rather than actually resolve the issue. I still haven’t been contacted about being charged for a room I was never allowed to use after your manager refused to honor the agreement made by the front desk staff. I also find it disappointing that when this happened, the owner was present but allowed the general manager to handle the situation instead of stepping in to resolve a clear customer dispute. Now, after asking me to reach out, there has been no follow-up whatsoever. Still mind blown that, not only the GM, but the owner, knew they were in the wrong and are still making the customer pay for their mishandling of the situation. I’ve never heard of a business admit to wrongdoing but then not take full responsibility. Unbelievable. If your goal was truly to resolve this matter, returning a simple phone call would have been the easiest first step. Until that happens, your public response feels like lip service rather than a genuine effort to make things right.
