While the staff was polite, they kept apologizing because there was no food available (the kitchen was closed and they only have frozen food in the market. No healthy food/snacks). The shuttle, they said, broke down that they had a huge van instead. The driver was very polite but the vehicle was so tall, that an older lady with bad knees couldn’t get in. The place is old, smells, and it’s pricey for what they offer (or don’t have). The room smelled weird (a bit like urine) and the furniture and curtains are stained and look dirty. I ended up spending more because I left this hotel and moved to another hotel near by that was clean, has a functioning restaurant and market place to buy food, a functioning gym and the shuttle was great!
