  Q was a great host, I came in with some issues about a previous reservation and Q was able to get everything figured out and squared away within 10 minutes. Such a stress reliever!

  I came in today just beat and exhausted from a long day of travels and meetings. I was immediately greeted by Q, whom I have had interaction with during past stays. I travel an awful lot for work and I can tell you management is extremely lucky to have someone like him. I manage many people in my line of work and would absolutely hire someone like Q. Stand up dude, real, kind and just a straight shooter looking to make people's day as good as possible. I look forward to the coming months traveling back to Burlington and having him around. Thanks Q.

  Please consider our experience BEFORE staying with this Holiday Inn location. We are a "Platinum" Member of IHG Hotels. We attempted to cancel a recent booking as our business travel needs were abruptly altered. Management at this location has done absolutely nothing to help. We are in talks with IHG International to get a refund (or) a voucher for a current stay at this location. We have spoken to management at this location on 2 different occasions. Their response? Tough luck and there is nothing that they can do. First of all, LIE. It's not about what they can't do, it's what they "won't do". Complete GREED. They refuse to issue a credit (or) a future stay. Simply unbelievable for a Platinum member. We will stay elsewhere. Proceed with extreme caution should your plans change in any way. DO NOT deal with this independent owner and ignore the nonsense response "we regret blah blah blah". We most certainly hope that their non-consideration of a refund or future credit, coupled with our review; will cost their bottom line in the future. Thank you.

  Had biohazard stains on the pullout couch. When I tried to talk to the front desk they chose to defer the issue so they didn’t have to take responsibility at the desk. I shouldn’t have to wait days for an answer on how to get refunded for puke or blood stain in the room in staying at. Just got smiled at and told I’m out of luck essentially. Beyond disappointed and disgusted. Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with similar issues. Gross

  We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Burlington. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was a nice way to start the day. The pool was a good size, and the hotel’s location was convenient for our local soccer tournament. One thing I especially appreciated was that our room overlooked the trees instead of the freeway. It made the room feel much more peaceful and relaxing. My only disappointment was the TV. It displayed streaming apps like Netflix and others, but guests aren’t actually able to connect to the them or use them. The front desk confirmed that streaming isn’t currently available. It felt a little misleading to have the apps visible but not functional, especially since streaming is such a common hotel amenity these days. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient stay, and I’d probably stay here again.
