  Please consider our experience BEFORE staying with this Holiday Inn location. We are a "Platinum" Member of IHG Hotels. We attempted to cancel a recent booking as our business travel needs were abruptly altered. Management at this location has done absolutely nothing to help. We are in talks with IHG International to get a refund (or) a voucher for a current stay at this location. NOTHING back from Management/Ownership. So, if you plan on cancelling a stay and don't follow the exact protocol for cancelling, please do not expect a response from this property. It's absolutely silly that this property would rather lose thousands of potential future dollars to hoard our past dollars for a stay that never occurred. Lesson learned.

  We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Burlington. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was a nice way to start the day. The pool was a good size, and the hotel’s location was convenient for our local soccer tournament. One thing I especially appreciated was that our room overlooked the trees instead of the freeway. It made the room feel much more peaceful and relaxing. My only disappointment was the TV. It displayed streaming apps like Netflix and others, but guests aren’t actually able to connect to the them or use them. The front desk confirmed that streaming isn’t currently available. It felt a little misleading to have the apps visible but not functional, especially since streaming is such a common hotel amenity these days. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient stay, and I’d probably stay here again.

  Closing and locking bathroom doors, windows that open, cold refrigerator, free breakfast. Only 1 elevator for 3 floors though.

  This is such a wel-managed hotel. They service rooms every day and leave the room looking pristine, they serve breakfast every morning with care and attention, and they are constantly cleaning the area. Whenever I needed anything all I had to do is call them up or talk to the front desk and they do it immediately, such as spend 10 minutes fixing our TV or give complementary water bottles and other necessities. 5-star hotel service for a 2-star hotel. Highly recommend!

  The hotel is very nice, and the bathrooms are excellent. They provide high-quality soap and shampoo to guests, and the rooms are clean, with towels being replaced regularly. The breakfast is also very nice and fresh. I can't find anything to complain about this hotel considering the price range.
