- JLJessica LuongMay 1, 20262.0Everything here is great—friendly customer service and a good location. We stayed at this hotel for a month, and everything was fine until we were about to leave. We packed all our belongings into boxes since we had a lot of clothes, shoes, and even kitchen items, with four people living in a small space. After the final cleanup, we still couldn’t find my daughter’s shoes. She realized they were missing, and I spoke with the front desk and asked them to check with housekeeping, but no one admitted to taking them. My daughter’s brand-new On Cloud running shoes (size 7.5) that I bought in March disappeared. I also had a pair in size 8.5. In addition, my son had over $650 in cash inside his empty black headphone case, and that was gone as well. While I was packing everything—checking the floor and side tables—I could not find his money anywhere. My 11-year-old son said two housekeeping staff are team up said they not take anything which made us feel concerned, especially after discovering the missing items. Just a warning: don’t leave important or valuable items in the room. I even have photos and the receipt for the shoes I purchased for my daughter, and now I have to reorder a different pair for her.
