We arrived with a confirmed reservation, only to be told there were no rooms available. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, the staff member, Danielle, was extremely rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. My wife is eight months pregnant, and rather than showing any empathy or trying to find a solution, Danielle argued with us, refused to accommodate us, and ultimately told us to leave for no valid reason. The way we were treated was completely unacceptable. Customer service should involve respect, professionalism, and a willingness to help guests, especially when they have a confirmed reservation. Instead, we were met with hostility and a complete lack of compassion. This experience caused unnecessary stress for my pregnant wife and left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on how we were treated. Management should seriously address how guests are handled and ensure staff are trained to treat people with courtesy and respect.

The third time it was just done super later like at 5pm. Workers there are great though! Found two ugly spiders in my room. Good hotel, I loved it. The people again, super nice. If not for them this would have been a complaint.
