  We stayed a single night here last week and our stay was great. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful and quick to check us in. I was surprised at how pleasant the lobby area smelled, which isn't something I would usually notice. We had our pet with us, so I knew that we'd be on the ground floor. I know from other hotel stays that the pet-friendly rooms are often a bit dingy, but here it was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel also had one EV charger, which was great for us. Our bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast the next morning was very busy, but the food was good and soon enough we were continuing on our roadtrip. We would stay here again in the future!

  The front desk receptionist (heavy set, and Hispanic?) was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. When we walked in, we weren't even greeted and she didn't even look up from her screen. She then asked "Checking in?" in an annoyed tone, and I was polite and patient with her as I don't ever know what an employee may be going through, but she continued with her rude behavior. In fact she tried to argue that I could not bring my service animal to the 4th floor because "pets aren't allowed on the 4th floor". My service animal is legally not a pet? It seems that nobody knows ADA laws despite working in hospitality and I am sick of having to explain the difference between an animal trained to complete a task for someone with a disability vs an untrained pet. She seemed annoyed, but relented. Then after, she gave the guy behind me in line 4 complimentary waters for being a member (I am a member as well), and didn't give us any. The guy was alone, why is he getting 4 waters but I am getting zero? When we finally got to the room, tired, hungry and ready to go to bed, it did not even have towels and she said I could either come down to get them from her MYSELF, or wait 30 minutes for them. It was 8pm and I was ready to go to bed after a long day of traveling. Completely unprofessional. How is this a hotel? I've had better experiences at a motel 6 or Airbnb that is a yurt. When I expressed my concern via email to the manager I was just met with a generic "sorry" message but no compensation for my very poor experience. Go here if you'd like to get scammed out of your money.

  I came back after a looong day and the parking lot was full. Not guest vehicles mind you. No, it was cars for an "event" they were hosting in the pavilion. I learned that it was an "event" from the person at reception after she got tired listening to hold music and decided she could talk to me. Should last til 11 she said, which I guess was supposed be a consolation. The "event" was actually a noisy wedding reception 10 yards from my window with strangers milling around my window and drunken shouting. The music was SO LOUD! Although the room was large and clean, the bed was saggy and on wheels and makes a metallic scraping sound when I move. The neighbors’ beds make the same scraping sound BECAUSE I CAN HEAR THEM! As soon as this 4-day booking is over, I will never stay here again. Either run a hotel or a venue. And this is the last straw for BW as a whole.

  The hotel is easy to find with good location. The staff is friendly. But our experience is very bad because our room is full of musty and sour smells, likely due to the bed sheet are not cleaned and dried properly. The staff was not able to help us switch a room because they are sold out. The team helped to open the windows and applied some air refreshers. We are very grateful but honestly that doesn’t help. After we came down for breakfast, the same smells follow around the kitchen area🫠🫠🫠 Had to escape into the mountains for some fresh air early in the morning.

  Very nice and pleasant place to unwind. We arrived at midnight after a 12 hr nightmare drive from Spokane due to wildfire evacuation traffic. Rose, the night clerk, was outstanding in getting us situated in short order. She was very kind and offered to let us park in the shuttle space as the parking lot was full. Rabia, who checked us out, was also kind and accommodating. She had just been unfairly raked over the coals by an irate customer because all of the luggage carts were in use by other guests. This person was so bad that I would have refused service, but Rabia was extremely kind and professional when the customer didn't deserve it. The facilities were also top-notch. The room was quiet and pleasant, the fitness center was well above average, the internet connection was quick and reliable, and the breakfast was also great. I would gladly use this BW+ whenever I'm in the area!
