  Getting to the hotel late at night was easy, and parking was convenient, which was a great start. The check-in process also went smoothly, and the front desk staff member who helped us was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. Once we got to the room, we immediately noticed there wasn’t a single light switch by the door, which made it difficult to get settled in. We had to rely on the bedside lamps just to figure out where we were going and get oriented in the room. The room itself was also uncomfortably warm—around 74 degrees when we arrived. We managed to get the AC on initially, but it shut off shortly after and would not turn back on. When we called the front desk for help, we were simply told to unplug the unit from the wall and hope it reset. That was the extent of the assistance offered, and unfortunately, it didn’t solve the issue. We ended up roasting for most of the night. Additionally, the outlets on the bedside closest to the door did not work, which was frustrating when trying to charge devices. The shower was another issue—the water temperature constantly changed between scalding hot and ice cold, making it very uncomfortable to use. Overall, despite the friendly check-in experience, the room issues made this a disappointing stay. I would not consider this a great experience and would likely choose somewhere else next time.

  OMG, I have to admit, I didn't know the area too well. I was traveling from Texas to visit my first grandbaby. The hotel and parking lot were very clean. But, it was the staff that won me over. So friendly and courteous. I asked for the 2 girls that helped me. I wrote their names down, and I can't remember where I put it. But, anyway, my room was very clean. They didn't have a great breakfast, there were no waffles. But, the breakfast was decent. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting. I may come back and edit my review if I find their names that I had written down.

  Hotel is clean and fresh. Customer service was friendly and helpful 🙂 Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean and updated 👌 Definitely recommend!

  Been there 2 times. The jacuzzi being open til midnight, gym and breakfast was good
