- JMJeffrey M.Sep 20, 20265.0Pretty good experience overall.
- JLJustin LutheySep 19, 20265.0I thought the low price point meant it would be sketchy. I was wrong. Clean rooms and professional service and staff. Would stay again. A great deal.
- SLShena LallySep 18, 20263.0Clean room. Staff really does a thorough job. Breakfast is hot and tasty. Coffee make just one cup at a time so there's a line. Coffee is not flavorful but gets the job done. For a non smoking venue my room and my families room, both on 3rd floor, wreaked of cigarettes. No coffee maker in rooms so beware of that detail. Hot tub was nice and hot but no jets. Shower in the spa area; please use it before and after. The disabled chair lift had bare wires, some even cut or broken. I wouldn't use it for safety reasons.
- APAdi PolSep 12, 20261.0Great location but the room reeked of pee. We got in late and thought it would air out but it never did. Kids were complaining all night and even with an open window it was disgusting. Dogs barking early in the morning, a dog was left outside in a car outside my window also barking all night I guess someone didn't want to pay a dog fee. Horrible experience. For the price there are much cleaner hotels in the area. It was just nasty. Great location as it is close to lots of shopping but I've never stayed in a room that smelled so bad. Just nasty
- AIAlexander Ivory-brownSep 10, 20265.0Mariana and the rest of the team were kind and they worked hard to ensure that our team was able to drop down our luggage before we left for our conference. The team genuinely knows how to serve there guests who occupy this space!
