  A little hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Everything was nice for our conference. What could be improved: turn off the TV in the breakfast room (we all have entertainment in our pocket); add some more sugar free options besides meat, eggs, and potatoes.

  Wifi doesnt work. You get booted off the wifi every few minutes. And there is apparently no cell service in this town either. Showers dont get hot. They get kind of warm, but not hot. They have such crazy low flow-rate shower heads that I couldn’t even get my whole body wet. Their shower heads have to be rated for under a gallon per minute. Yeah, you save water, but I wasn’t even able to wash myself using them. Also the mattresses just slide around and fall off the beds so easily. Just tossing and turning at night and my mattress is halfway on the floor. Honestly, I only stay at a few hotels a year and this has to be one of the worst experiences in a long time. P.S. I couldn’t even leave my review at the hotel because there is no working Wi-Fi and no cell service in this area. I had to post my review after I left. If you look at the screenshot, I am connected to their Wi-Fi, but there is no connection to the Internet from there.

  Unfortunately, we checked in and checked right back out. We specifically chose this hotel because it had been newly remodeled and looked very clean and updated in the photos. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and she was especially excited to stay at a hotel and go swimming. After bringing all of our belongings up to our room on the 4th floor, we found what appeared to be a baby cockroach trapped in the bathroom sink. I took photos and went straight back to the front desk. They did agree to refund our stay, which I appreciated. However, finding what appeared to be a cockroach in the room was enough that we did not feel comfortable staying, so we packed everything back up and left. It was incredibly disappointing, especially because this was supposed to be part of our daughter's birthday celebration. We chose this hotel specifically because the recent remodel made it seem like a clean, comfortable place to stay, so this was definitely not what we expected.
