    Not impressed. Room was okay. Didn’t have carpet on floor so that was a plus. Tub didn’t drain during shower, but eventually drained when we were done. Pet friendly. Quiet. Pool is nice. Maintenance guy was super helpful and friendly. Bestie liked the morning breakfast. Served the purpose.

    No elevator service. I'm 73 and room was on 3rd floor No AC in common areas No hot breakfast meaning eggs, sausage etc No utensils or plates in room Spent 3 nights there and nothing was fixed

    This location was great overall. The elevators and AC were both out, but they did have window units and some great tower fans in the rooms, so honestly, it was a good “fix” for apparently an issue that’s been going on for a while according to other reviews. Had to use the stairs, which we don’t mind but I’m not sure how that would work with a disabled person. Staff was friendly. Overall the room was clean and comfortable! Would stay again!

    Very poor stay. Gigi Hotels runs this property and the White River Inn. This owner is derelict and now is facing a mult-hundred thousand dollar A/C repair bill which means you get the Motel 6 quality in-window A/C units until he ponies up the cash. Amazing that owners won't just do preventative maintenance. Also, elevators have been out of order for WEEKS. Enjoy your serratia bacteria in your shower, filthy rooms and stairwells, and 84 degree hallway temperature. Oh, don't forget that you WILL NOT get the normal hot food - no eggs, bacon/sausage or potatoes due to "employee comfort while our A/C is out" (yeah right, owner doesn't want to even pay for food) Worst standard IHG property I have ever stayed at and I've stayed in some very poor ones. Appalling. No issues with crowd quality as the other user reported.

    Lo recomiendo con 5 estrellas 🌟 el hotel 🏨 cuenta con un personal muy amable y atentos , las habitaciones hermosas amplias tiene lo más importante es la buena higiene que tienen ,muy limpias sus sábanas y toallas blancas y con buen olor cuentan con microondas y mini neveras . Ameee este hotel 🏨 volvería y mil veces Y se lo voy a recomendar a todas mis amistades y conocidos .
