- PPPatricia Potts2 days ago2.0We went for the tour. The people waiting for the tour were packed into the waiting room and store like cattle, all wearing ID lanyards. When the tour guide rang a cow bell to get everyone's attention, then started talking on her microphone, we knew the tour would not be a good choice for us. We decided to get ice cream cones before we left. The scoops were so small that 2 scoops didn't even fill a waffle cone. I wouldn't recommend a visit.
- KTKiefer Thomas3 days ago5.0This is the OG of all the Ben & Jerry locations. I'm not really sure what I was expecting when I came here other than lines & crowds. But there's were definitely lines. If you can do it, visit here mid-week. Otherwise, you'll be waiting in line for upwards of 45 minutes. It's Ben & Jerry ice cream. So you know what you're getting. The flavors offered aren't really that different from what you can get in the store. But again, it's the original location. So, if you're in the Stowe area, it's worth a visit. Plus, they do have some cool swag inside.

The whole place has that quirky, colorful Ben & Jerry’s personality you’d expect, and it was definitely worth stopping while we were in the area. Of course, the real reason you go is the ice cream—and it did not disappoint. 😁🍦 It’s a busy place, but the atmosphere is fun, the grounds are enjoyable to walk around, and it’s one of those iconic Vermont stops that you almost have to make at least once.

The viewing from mezzanine deck was crap but some of the ice cream flavour that we got to taste that you normally don’t get in supermarkets were really good. If you are going for the factory experience it’s not work the visit but tasting is good.
- KAKait ArmstrongOct 8, 20265.0We went on a Sunday so the full tour wasn't open but it was free to go up on the observation deck and view the factory floor! There was an employee sharing information and answering questions too. The gift shop had plenty of cute merch and the scoop shop was great for trying new flavours, as well as buying pints! We enjoyed the detour (and the clean bathrooms!) on our road trip.
