What can be said about Ben & Jerry's? Their ice cream is great, but don't except an exceptional amount of flavor options. Just typical of any Ben & Jerry's stand you find. The tour was $6.00. To be honest, it wasn't really worth your time unless you really are a fan. Half of it is a video presentation, part of it is a hostess using very bad puns but when you see the production room in action as we did, you understand a little more how it's made. The samples given were also fairly generous, but no choice on the sample per se. Still worthy of a stop.

Enjoyed another amazing experience here! This is the third time I’ve brought friends or family to take the Ben & Jerry’s tour and it always is led by an exuberant tour guide, filled with puns and interesting information, and leaves me feeling good about Ben & Jerry’s. I don’t like magnum ice cream, which owns Ben & Jerry’s and funded the Ben & Jerry’s foundation, which does good in the world.

Incredible experience! Well off the beaten path, but so fun! You know it’s a cool place when each employee you meet seems to genuinely enjoy his/her job. Come for the ice cream, of course, and stay to see the fun flavor graveyard and enjoy the great Green Mountain views. DYK the #1 selling Ben & Jerry’s flavor in America? You will after the moderately priced tour with free samples! Hint: it’s not Phish Food or Cherry Garcia…

Our whole family had a great time doing the ticketed tour and exploring the grounds and gift shop. We came here during a long drive to break it up, and it was the perfect fun stop to make the ride memorable. On the tour we got to try some mix-ins (cookie dough) and we got a full scoop of sample ice cream. Totally worth the ticket cost. Our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable and she seemed like she knew the place very well. Perfect activity to do for an hour or so!

The Ben &Jerry's factory tour was fun. I hadn't been there since I was little so it was great to go back. We almost didn't get a tour because we saw a sign saying they had sold out for the day. We thought that sounded odd so we asked about tours. They were able to get us in. I would suggest booking online ahead of time to avoid confusion and possible disappointment. The tour itself was fun. The tour guide made plenty of cow puns which is to be expected at an ice cream factory. They didn't allow photos in the factory viewing area but there wasn't much to take pictures of anyway. The final stop on the tour was the tasting room. The flavor of the day was a mystery at the beginning of the tour which they revealed in this room. They first faked us out with a bad flavor (Broccoli Cheddar Swirl). The actual flavor was Caramel Blondie. It was delicious. The overall tour was entertaining and informative. They had ice cream for sale outside the factory. The line moved quickly so it wasn't too long a wait. There were plenty of photo opportunities for all and a playground for kids. This is a wonderful family attraction for a summer trip. There was also a beautiful view from the patio and the parking area.
