- KKK&A K&A1 day ago5.0Muy bonito e interesante saber la historia de esta famosa línea de helados Ben & Jerry’s . Me gustó mucho la degustación de sus helados. Además la entrada es obligatoria si vienes a Vermont y económica.
- LNLori Nosal4 days ago2.0The tour which used to be free now costs $6 per person. Be prepared to wait for a slot to open up too unless you reserve early. Also $5 for a mini ice cream scoop in a cup is really very overpriced and underwhelming. Oh and $30 for a T-shirt is insane. So sad that this place is like this now, it used to be better.
- CFChad FillionJun 29, 20264.0Went for the ice cream. As a walk-up, there was no availability for the tour until 3 hours after our arrival. I recommend getting tickets ahead of time. However, from what others said it was an interesting 1/2 hour with a free ic sample at the end. Gift shop was much smaller than I would have expected, but after being at the Hershey Factory tour in PA, my idea of a gift shop is quite skewed. I'd go again for the tour. Ice cream was tasty (as always) but a bit pricier than I remember for a B&J scoop shop. Also, the portions were small so not really a great value.

Although you didn't get it tour where you're walking through the machines, you did get to see how and learn how the whole process works. And then you got to sample some yummy ice cream. The hold store took about a half hour. We learned that you can get tickets every morning. They open up the ones that were turned back in or weren't taken at 10:00 a.m.

Tour tickets were sold out online but we decided to go anyway and they we were able to get in a tour with only a 15 minute wait! Nice and relatively quick trip with 2 samples! Our kids enjoyed the playground and of course the ice cream 😋
