- CPCharles Poirier2 days ago5.0Small tour for sure but very affordable. Flavor graveyard is a bit of a walk from the lower parking lot so park inaccessible lot for quicker access. Tours Star every 15 minutes. Knowledgeable and friendly staff

The tour is a nice condensed 30 minutes where you learn a lot about the company, how they make the ice cream and it all ends with some ice cream, of course! I cannot recommend enough. Do book your tickets a week or two in advance, especially for the weekend, they go fast! Make sure to stop after the tour at the ice cream shop, which has a humongous selection!

- STS - TmanApr 23, 20265.0The tour is incredibly quick. I’m kind of letdown by how small it was inside. And the tour guide lady was very robotic in her speech delivery. I was really hoping for somebody more animated and fun. It was not a problem. It just was a little bit more dry than I was expecting. Honestly, the entire tour if you take off the video, could be less than five minutes long. I wish they would’ve gone into a lot of details about more information about Ben and Jerry but oh well! Ice cream is outstanding on all fronts. And you definitely need to buy some while you’re there. Also visiting the graveyard is hilarious in a must do.
