Amenities are there but given the price and offering many aspects of the experience detailed below were lack luster. - water (broken next to the ice machine)( none on check in or in your rooms) - luggage service (good at the door but not delivered to your room) - No valet service - Food is nothing special and overpriced In general amenities are solid and the customer facing staff are lovely. Given the price tag and experience advertised I'm feeling what has been delivered is short of the mark.

Here with a business group - Overall good experience The experience does not equal the expense - but it is Stowe. Pros- Location Great gym ! Nice staff overall Food was average to Good. Cons- Older property and it shows- repair and maintenance needs to be stepped up. American Shuffleboard in bar needs to be resurfaced BADLY - it is unplayable in its current condition. Special note - The restaurant staff in the Roost was incredibly gracious for being understaffed and overwhelmed. Kudos to them for remaining friendly and upbeat.

Came specifically for the spa, but unfortunately, it is reservation-only and we couldn't get a spot in time. If you are planning a visit, make sure to book your spa appointments well in advance! I’ve heard it’s great though.

The location is great, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant was fantastic. The rooms however, leave much to be desired. Moldy caulking in the shower and bathroom, ripped/stained carpet, and windows/screens that look like they have never been cleaned. For almost $800/night, this is unacceptable. I wanted to like this place but it’s just too run down and the rooms look nothing like what’s pictured on their website.

We had a terrific time at Topnotch. It was just lovely, and everyone was warm and welcoming and friendly. Leo, especially, and Charlotte too. We’re grateful for such a glorious couple days and hope to come back!
