- BBBridget ButlerOct 12, 20262.0Came for my moms memorial service so large amount of extended family there as well. We had no hot water the entire weekend (half of us didn’t). The rooms were wet ungodly hot even without any heat running. We couldn’t turn on our AC unit bc it sounded like it as going to take off to the moon. When I went to complain I was hold that it had been like that for 3y. They did comp one night which was appreciated. No coffee makers in the rooms, only one ice machine for the entire hotel. It met our needs for the weekend but certainly not worth the amount of money we paid. Overall pretty disappointing. I will say though that all of the staff was amazing.
