  Spend 4 Days, 3 Nights as I was out of state, for training, put up by Employer. I found these accomidations to be locationally perfect, with direct access to I89 here in St Albans as the ramp is right next to the Stewarts/Shell gas station next door, so we could get to Milton in 15 minutes. Room was clean, serviced by Morgan, Thank you Morgan 😁, and delighted to find a microwave, nice desk, a bathroom already set up with Dove products in shower (Shampoo, Conditioner, bodywash) and sink (soap, lotion). AC was nice and chill. This Hotel does accomidate with hot breakfast until 9:30 I believe, and 24 hour Coffee. And mind you, the coffee was good! They do have washer and dryer, $3/each. Pool and weight room also available. Nice place to stay in St Albans!

  Very friendly lady at the front desk and beautiful, clean rooms. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

  The room, service, and location were great. Oliva, the young lady at the front desk when I checked in, was great. Great customer service I would recommend people to stay here.

  Do not stay here!!!! They do not clean any bedding!! I stayed here last night, there were a few minor issues which I would have let go and said nothing about. However the bedding issue and lack of cleaning must be addressed! I stay in hotels over 60 times a year. This was by far the worst experience I have had in 5 years of traveling. The room I was in seemed clean until I went to get in bed and found multiple hairs under sheets and on pillows. Kyle at front desk (from another hotel) was very helpful and disappointed. He changed my room only for this room to have even more hairs in both beds. We tried one more time on a different floor only for this one to be the worst of all. It is very obvious with finding 3 rooms/4 beds with all kinds of hair on sheets and pillows that the bedding issue not washed. That is disgusting!! A note was left on account for manager to contact me regarding this issue and no one called or emailed. I called corporate they confirmed the notes so on top of being a dirty hotel you have a manager who doesn’t care. I’ve attached just a “few” photos of the hairs.
