- LFLin Fraser1 day ago5.0We were in Springfield to get my husband’s family home ready for sale while I had to work, mostly online. Everything about the place was quiet, comfortable, and met our needs. We love Springfield and the photo below is a watercolor my husband painted while here. I particularly want to point out the outstanding service we received from our receptionist Faye. She was exceptionally friendly and interested in making sure we had everything we needed for our two week stay. She checked on us, and just went above and beyond what was needed. Amanda from Room service was also outstanding. Given our situation, we want to make sure that staff receives commendation for outstanding service.
- LLLari Lars2 days ago5.0Wir haben auf der Durchreise hier einmal übernachtet. Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung war alles top. Service war gut. Checkin war unkompliziert und Frühstück war auch gut ☺️ kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
- BVBrian VioletteAug 23, 20265.0From the moment we stepped up to the front desk for checkin the experience was 5 stars by faye she was awesome , room was spotless , pool was clean , What stood out was we actually were up a day early to pick up our son from two weeks away at camp and decided to day trip up a day early . Well got a call at 7pm he broke his arm and was headed to a hospital nearby . I called and explained my problem . I was provided a late check out and if I wasn’t back in time to let them know and she would take care of us with whatever we needed . 5 stars across the board

She went above and beyond! The room was immaculate! The breakfast was delicious too! We would definitely stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend it!
