  Excellent service and brilliant staff. Michael was super helpful and very welcoming. Room was lovely and super clean Would highly recommend to anybody stopping in the area Good supply of amenities

  Clean hotel room and breakfast area and outside grounds. Cheerful and helpful staff. Room so-so. Not one drawer to put a thing but several tables. Why? Dresser badly needed. Bathroom ok but clean. Needs another grab bar to get out of tub so no bath for me but shower good.

  Great place for tired travelers to take a break. We stopped here on our way to the White Mountains in NH. Very conveniently located immediately off exit 7 on I91. No trouble finding parking, we were able to park directly outside of our room which was great as we had some gear on the rooftop that we wanted to periodically keep an eye on. Front desk staff, I believe her name was Faye, checked us in quickly and gave us the skinny on local food options, which were somewhat few and far between. It was around 9PM when we checked in and the only places open for food were dominoes and McDonald’s. We chose McDonald’s, about a 5-10 minute ride down Rt 11 into Springfield. The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked just fine. The bathroom did everything you’d need it to do and it was all clean. The faucet on the sink could stick out a little further, as there is not much room between the flowing water and the back of the sink causing one to mash their hands on the back wall of the sink. Not a big issue, just a little odd! There is a pool here, however, we did not make use of it on our stay. There is also a small arcade with a quarter fed pool table. Pretty cool if you have some kids or are just looking for some entertainment. The breakfast in the morning was great. Bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage. Many many options. The best part was the make your own waffle stations. They were delicious. Would absolutely recommend a stay at the Springfield Best Western!

  Everyone was friendly and attentive! From check-in to check-out everyone I spoke to was super helpful. Two people that stood out were Heather and Faye they answered questions that I had and made my stay so much more pleasant. Heather helped me with an early check-in and made it so easy. Faye answered questions I had about the on site laundry and we chatted and had a great conversation! All in all this was a great experience.
