  Excellent location and a wonderful room—everything was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. I was also very pleased with the breakfast; its availability and quality were superb. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

  Had an excellent stay, check in/out was friendly and efficient, room was clean and quiet not much more you can ask for... Elevator was Out of Order which could cause a problem but not an issue for me, had to deduct 1 star because Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30 in spite of the Do Not Disturb sign, totally unacceptable

  It was a very good stay. We were warmly welcomed at reception and allowed to bring our two mountain bikes up to the room rather than leaving them on the outdoor rack. The room was very comfortable, with an excellent bed, very clean, and without issues. The large TV with streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) was a nice bonus for the evenings. Breakfast was decent, with good quality coffee (available 24 hours via Costa Coffee). The selection was fairly basic but included hot items such as egg casserole and sausage, with some variation from day to day. Overall, excellent value for money and highly recommended. The location is also very convenient, about 7-9 minutes from Burlington and the Church Street parking area. The hotel was quiet and we had no issues during our stay.

  Good hotel, they had a complimentary breakfast with an instant pancake machine and I got toothpaste for free when I mentioned I forgot it. There is some discontinuity between American airlines aadvntage hotel booking services and these guys, and I don't know if that's on AAs end or these guys end. I tried to book an accessible room with their service but the hotel did not have one available.

  What we like: - The room we stayed might be the cleanest among all the Holiday Inn Expresses we'd been in. Like just built or renovated. Staff is friendly and helpful. - Location is OK, just a few minutes' drive away from downtown Burlington. We we don't like: - The curtain didn't block the window completely, so the room got bright early in the morning. - The vanity in the bathroom is taller than usual, definitely too much for kids. - The elevator made very loud noise, and the inspection had expired!
