I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Brattleboro, and it honestly blew my expectations out of the water. The entire place looks amazing like it was freshly renovated—everything is exceptionally clean, bright, and incredibly well-maintained. The check-in process was seamless, but the real highlight was CC & Tanya at the front desk. Shout out to her for a fantastic experience! They were polite, genuinely welcoming, and incredibly efficient at their job. In the morning before leaving I met Amanda at the front desk, and she was also amazing. The management in this location is doing an excellent job hiring the best-talented and friendly personnel. Kudos to you all! That touch of the display table at the reception area with hot Apple 🍎 Cider and Apple 🍏 Cider donuts 🍩...brilliant...and whoever came with the idea of the wooden signs and door keys...spectacular! 🤩 The common area is open, bright, and really welcoming, and they have a great setup with plenty of seating and a convenient "business center" (a shared computer station) if you need to catch up on some work. As for the room—absolutely impeccable. It’s spacious, bright, and beautifully updated. The washroom was spotless and definitely looks like it underwent a recent modern makeover. Plus, having a fridge and a microwave in the room is a huge bonus. I loved 🥰 the decoration of the hotel all around as it is modern and chic. This hotel is definitely up to all the new technology currently available. Tons of free parking and super close to local grocery stores if you need to grab supplies. They offer a solid, tasty breakfast that’s actually included in the price (always a win). It has a larger variety than most IHG I have stayed, I met Jen at the breakfast area and she was outstanding. You can feel the pride and joy she feels making sure the food is excellent and everything is displayed properly. They area was super clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay in Brattleboro, this is definitely the spot. I'll be back! Definitely recommend this place 10 out of 10 if you want an amazing hotel experience combined with outstanding customer service. Breakfast was a great assortment of foods to eat and a clean area to eat it. I loved the wooded key cards for the room they were a nice touch. Also enjoyed the nice fire pit outside. The Battleboro location is great. It's spotless and looked new. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. They even had gluten-free muffins. The first thing that stood out to me was the gas firepit and seating out front. The building was well thought out. Even the hallways were extra wide. The pool had bult in seats!
