- CPChristine Pendleton5 days ago3.0I both want to rate this lower because I'm so annoyed and sleep deprived and higher because the room and bed is so nice. Giving a mid 3 stars because the dang ice machine kept me up off and on all night!... which was only 6 hours because I didn't arrive until 11 pm and had little time to sleep as it was. Ugh as nice as this bed and pillows are, the sleep could've been magical. Now off to drive over an hour to my next location and work a 10-hour shift on very poor sleep, the only reason I need this room. If you are at the end of the hall with an ice machine and have the energy after your drive to go back downstairs to see if they have another room, do it!

- TRTiffanie RoseApr 28, 20262.0I didn't have internet the first night but it worked the 2nd night. TV stations were poor. Bed was not comfy. I fell in the shower due to it being to slippery, thankfully they had a bar to catch myself. The floorboards were extremely filthy but the rest of the room was clean. The walls were paper thin so I could hear neighbors entire conversation. The elevators were large and worked well. The desk in the room was perfect for writing and reading. The chair at this table was falling apart. It's good for a quick stop and not needing to much comfort. I expected more from a Best Western but I haven't had much luck on the East Coast. This building looked new on the outside but my room had to many flaws to be new. Loved that it had no bugs!
