Do not and I repeat do not come stay at this hotel customer service I guess it was the manager very rude except the lady that was on night time last night but you are not allowed to have anybody come visit you. If u have anyone come the front will call your room within 5min of ur friend coming and threaten to kick u out if he or she does not leave that second. Extremely rude, im in school and had 2 classmates come study for a midterm we have tomorrow, they came at 2:40pm in the day time and no music or loud noise. This room is paid a week for at $100.00 a night and threaten again saying no refund when Im paid up for 3more nights. I've called corporate they told me they could not do anything about it because each hotel has their own policies. The fact that I could not have anyone visit for even an hour to study in my opinion is obsessive especially the rudeness over the phone when the front desk called and told me this. It was a king suite and I understand maximum capacity is two people but that should be regarding a guest staying the night not a classmate coming to study for an hour. The front desk did offer to babysit me and my 2 classmates in the lobby while we study but im 40 years old dont need babysitter. Now they clam the reason I get no refund was because of the smell of smoke when I never smoked in the room, im on camera going outside to smoke. They ripped me off, I dont even smoke cigarettes that much because im quitting im down to 3 a day.and they changed me additional 500 for smoke but really did not.

The worst place to stay at nobody should book with Best Western customer service is poor. Employees are very rude. Talk over customers managers don’t know when someone checked out of a hotel even though they turned in the keys very poor.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and the shampoo provided was an extremely small bottle, which was barely enough for one person. The room also had no carpet and had an unpleasant odor throughout the stay. Overall, the room did not meet reasonable standards of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the condition of the rooms and the quality of the amenities provided.
