Don't know why this place is great super clean staff is awesome. Yara at the front desk is an absolute rock star she represent your brand excellently great personality helpful. This is my new go-to when I'm in town
Horrible!!!! The night desk person was rude and anti-customer service. The morning desk clerk was the same. They made it clear that they did not care about their customers or their jobs. The room was not comfortable and the bed was difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning system was broken and we were hot all night. To make matters worse, we were awaken at 7am by a false fire alarm with no guidance or answers given by the staff.
This hotel is over priced for the service you receive. I am currently staying at a Comfort Inn and the room is clean updated and all appliances working and in good condition and the staff members here are very helpful and happy to do their jobs and this hotel cost less than Best Western.
Do not waste your money at Best Western in Potomac, Virginia! The area is nice but the hotel is a nightmare. The management needs to invest in quality workers who care about customer service and also need to upgrade the appliances and rooms or lower the price to match a bottom level motel.

Tamara at reception was AMAZING, and made us feel welcome and at home. The hotel is also well-maintained, clean and great to stay at. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Friendly staff ! Hot breakfast, lots of options for kids. 🍎🥯🥞🥚🍝🍩🧁spacious rooms! Highly recommended!

Chose this hotel over many other options because it advertised an outdoor pool rather than an indoor pool. Photos looked great. Pool looked even better in person. Problem started when you attempted to open the door to reach the pool. Alarms went off so loud, it made our ears bleed. Once we recovered from that, and blasted through the door, we were greeted by a padlocked pool gate. Turns out, the pool is only open 3 days a week. Front desk said it is because they don’t have a lifeguard. What hotel have you ever seen a life guard on the pay roll??? I have never seen such. Usually swim at your own risk, which we would have gladly done! Anyways, room was ok. A few things didn’t work. Coffee maker broke, toilet drained slow, sink splashed you in the ankles, shower had only one temp. (Boiling), air conditioner controls jacked up. That about sums it up. Breakfast was about the best part of the whole stay. And the beds actually weren’t too terrible. Customer service was likely the worst part. Never saw the maintenance man who was supposed to fix the air conditioner. And when we presented our concerns, the only thing we were offered was a 10% discount card at Texas Roadhouse, a goody bag with one water, a bag of chips, and 2 mints, and the option to leave without being charged. We hoped for a discount due to the pool being falsely advertised, but that was never an option. We ended up staying because packing up and leaving to find another hotel was an even worse option. We will reconsider staying in the future.
