  Very comfortable hotel, with nice rooms and a helpful and friendly staff. It’s situated really close to the interstate making it a perfect stop off for any long journey. At about 15 minutes from the northern entrance to Skyline Drive it’s also close enough to one of the area’s must see sights. Definitely worth the stay.

  I can’t say enough about this “hearty” breakfast. The staff serving was delightful. This is not your typical hotel breakfast. Plenty from which to choose— fresh fruit, mounds of bacon, even real eggs! Freshly cooked blueberry pancakes! The sweet lady spoiled us refilling our beverages. Highly recommend. This was our second time staying here and will continue to make it our go-to as we travel through this area. Also great night sleep on a comfortable mattress!

  The motel was clean but that’s where the service ends. The staff is not to blame that are working for corporations that only care about the bottom line. I guess you can’t expect housekeeping any soap that’s not in a pump more than three towels or anything that resembles service. The air conditioner was a joke it’s either on or off so freezing or stuffy. The food at the restaurant was gas station quality with double the price. The billing and the reservation was the worst part. The dog was a separate bill that had county and state taxes on it? The stay for a dog is fifty a night with tax. The whole experience was dismal! So thanks again to the greedy corporations that only care about the bottom line! Shame on them!

  We were traveling to Florida, with my 83 year old father. We needed to stop early on a Saturday evening after a quick Google search, we found this and they had a room for us with a handicapped bathroom. They have a small restaurant and serve adult beverages too. We were so happy to not have to travel out for dinner, and then the price, serving size and the taste of our meals was amazing. We expected the shrimp to be small but they were extra jumbo. We ended up having an emergency with my dad, we needed to call 911. They arrived quickly and the hospital was near by. This was at 6 am, with a checkout of 11, I stopped at the desk and they said they’d hold the room for us, and if we didn’t need it the extended checkout was complimentary. I’ll review the wonderful treatment my dad received at the hospital on their site too, they saved him and gave us consent to travel. We arrived to the hotel by noon and as promised we checked out with no extra charges. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the kindness and professionalism of everyone at your hotel. If we travel through here on our way home, we’d stop here over and over.

  My family was here from Tuesday afternoon-Friday morning. On Tuesday when we checked in no cable or wifi worked, on Wednesday we went for a morning hike in the national park and came back to the hotel for an quick shower before going out for more activities and there was no water in the rooms. Not the sinks, showers or toilets. Thursday we had another long day in the park and were out very late. When we came back to the hotel, there was absolutely NO hot water. Breakfast buffet was lacking also. It was priced at $15/person which is about the price at ihop but offered little more than standard continental breakfast that’s often offered for free. The place was clean and staff was friendly but I’d never go back.
