The staff here go above and beyond with customer service! Jenny at the front desk is excellent! She’s always smiling and friendly with all the customers! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bonnie and Linda in housekeeping do a great job. Always willing to help! I will definitely stay here again!

Jennifer checked us in and she was exceptionally friendly and fun to deal with. Our room was ok, but a lot of the surfaces and even doorways had a slightly greasy feeling. Maybe the cleaning solutions they use weren’t quite wiped off? Otherwise we had a nice quiet stay except for the very squeaky elevator door. Our room was across from it and we could hear it opening and closing even on the floors below. We see from other reviews it was out of order, so at least it worked. There is a nicely stocked vending area, gym, business center, laundry and even a kiosk to borrow appliances and dvds . Overall, everything is clean but you can tell the property will need a refit soon.

Need to better train people at desk I made a reservation at 3pm yesterday but try kid at the desk tells me he tried running my card that morning which is is lie when I traveling from Louisiana and had no idea what state id make it to and trying to charge ppls cards with permission is unacceptable it’s a reservation all I do is travel and leave reviews another epic fail for customer service no business should be running anyones cards without permission first

One night stopover. Mostly clean room, but ants on the efficiency unit and a weird stain in the shower. Very small parking area, hotel seemed like it was jammed into a small area right on the road. Front desk staff was friendly. Fairly dated but overall fine for a quick one night stay

Run, and run fast, we stayed on room 305 , this is an unpleasant surprise , this hotel is old I mean old , furniture , carpet, corridor looks like you are inside a horror movie . And besides all this inside of the room pillows with smoke smell, no trash on the bathroom, cup marks that wasn’t cleaned on the night stand , the room with a old tabaco smell mixed with humidity. Horrible place , honestly the worse of the worse
