  GOOD: Great location/cost matrix for the money. The coffee maker was clean. The service staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. BAD: They do not give you towels or clean your room if you stay more than one day. Issues with towels, and coffee not restocked after making the request. I was told that they will switch your towels at 12pm, did not happen had to run back down and double request. UGLY: The room air conditioner was so loud all night both nights.

  Hotel was fine, calm quiet Staff were not Lady checking me in was annoyed anytime I needed to renew my room, snapping at me and yelling at times With very much visible annoyance asking how long I would be staying, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, even the trainee, looked off-put by it When I called to get a quote, I ended the call, and this lady, called my room immediately to then angrily tell me off I do t expect management to EVER treat anyone this way Definitely won't come back

  This place is actually nice in its location and the overall cleanliness. I have been shocked by hotels in a nearby big city and will not stay there, this has a clean rooms and the breakfast was actually good and maintained by good people. Shop online for prices.

  My family and I have stayed at quite a few hotels in the Williamsburg area, even Holiday Inns, and this was by far the best in this price range. The location is tucked into the woods, quiet and safe. The rooms and facilities were very clean and smelled fresh. It looks like things are renovated and well-maintained. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good with ample supply of food even towards the end. The pool, laundry, ice,etc all looked clean and well kept. I will pretty much only stay here now when we visit Williamsburg. Thank you to the staff for making this a nice place to stay!

  Great location, that's about where the great things about this hotel end. Our room was not very clean; the carpet was not clean at all, I picked several large hairs off the bed and sheets, and bathroom was just ok with visible small debris and hairs on the toilet and spots all over the floor that look like "overspray" around the toilet if you know what I mean. The shower is TERRIBLE... if there was any less pressure, there would be no water. It literally falls out of the shower head. Breakfast? It was provided but skip it. Even for hotel breakfast, it's about 2 stars. Once we left for the day our beds were made, and they took the towels we left in a pile but left us no clean towels. We're here to tour Williamsburg and take a tour of IHG's resort property. Based on our experience here, I'd be very hesitant to spend more money at the "resort" property. The location here for Williamsburg and Busch Gardens is great, everything else not so much.
