  We had a great experience, Devante was phenominal from check in to check out he was there to make sure our stay was smooth and luxury!!! Will be coming back just for him!!

  When I say extremely disappointed and pissed off with this place it's honestly ridiculous there was mold on the window in my room I was then moved to a different floor right about the room I was in and there was even more mold on that window (everyone knows how dangerous black mold is) but the front desk guy David told me it was trapped mold so I had nothing to worry about. I immediately took our things out of the second room we were put in.my boyfriend has bad allergies and this morning he woke up feeling off headache,stuffy nose and sneezing and wasn't sure why. we went to breakfast and came back and he noticed the window was molded the window in the hall was also molded and that was what had him feeling that way.Also as I went to my car to leave for breakfast my car had ants all over it inside and out I feel like the grounds of a hotel room should be kept clean at all times now my boyfriend and I have to deal with getting the ants out of my car this is the worst and I mean absolutely worst hotel stay I have ever had what was suppose to be a quick little weekend getaway turned into a bunch of bs if I could have left the stars blank I would have no compensation or nothing I had to call on my own and go to a different hotel this will be the last time for me staying at a holiday inn

  Devante was very kind and friendly to us .the hotel was nice and quiet and breakfast was good. It is definitely a nice hotel to come back to For a stay.

  Impressive / Newer makeover Holiday Inn Express with excellent service from their front desk especially Devante who helped us to resolve a room issue. Devante was very courteous and genuinely helpful to make our 3 night Williamsburg stay wonderful! Note: NO Coffee ☕️ Makers in rooms as it’s a fairly new IHG Policy and the Costa Coffee Machine in lobby operated 24/7

  My team and I had an excellent stay at the hotel, and I want to especially recognize Devante for making our experience so wonderful. Devante’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made our stay at this location in the Williamsburg area great. My team and I are in the area at every month for a week and Devante has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our customers’ expectations were not only met but exceeded, especially when it comes to delivering an exceptional hotel experience and outstanding customer satisfaction. I highly would recommend this hotel. Devante thank you for your extraordinary customer service. He is an asset to this location.
