- LCLuis Catacora3 days ago2.0I think it’s time for rooms renovation some rooms has a bad odors maybe clean or replaced the HVAC filters also like old carpet and furniture. Location close to everything and parking is the best here Hotel staff A+
- RRrawniewSep 27, 20262.0They don’t tell you the pool is closed which is a major deciding factor for most family’s when comparing hotels to book. The pool looks like they drain it for the winter and they need to state that in the listing instead of falsely advertising that a pool is available for use.
- JHJuliette HandschuhSep 27, 20261.0Checked in to the hotel and the girl at the front desk told us that check out time was at 12pm. We were delighted because we got there late and were very tired on top of my being pregnant. The tv turned on randomly at 3 am which woke me up and made it rather hard to get back to sleep. Someone came and knocked on the door at like 11:10 am and woke us up. When my husband got up to answer they were already gone but then they called the room. The guy at the front desk had an attitude and was basically like “i dont know why she told you that, check out is 11”. Jeff needs to learn some people skills because he was rude and not apologetic and acting as if we had ruined his entire day. His service dog is cute though.

- MKMonique KSep 16, 20265.0Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and varied, had gluten free options (including muffins). Front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly. They had a group of folks at a conference and they seemed happy. I would stay here again.
