The carpet felt very gross (almost mildew like) on bare feet and the whole room smelled like wet dog. The staff is very nice. Our bathroom door wouldn't look until I messed with the lock slide. I like to be barefoot but not in this room. The AC in the room was loud when it came on, woke me up repeatedly. Other family members staying in other rooms also had weird issues. Plus side, beds were acceptable for my wife and kids (im picky so my dissatisfaction is not your fault at all) Interior decorations is decent and convenient and was pleased with size of room. This is my first stay not in a larger/suite room and I was mostly pleased. 3 stars is for the real ick factor and poor quality of up keep, pool down, gym down. Comedy factor. My bed sheets are made up off a sheet, a inner duvet liner and a curtain. Wish I was making that up.

The refrigerator was dirty (it smelled like fish), the TV did not work & the conditioner container in the shower was empty. Plus breakfast is not served until 7 (too late for many).
