  We had an amazing stay at this hotel and can’t wait to go back!! The price is affordable and the location was great! All of the rooms have beautiful oceanfront views from the balconies. We were lucky to see sunrises and dolphins every morning and fireworks shows at night, while relaxing right on our balcony. The pool was a great place to be for the beautiful sunsets. Parking on-site was included, which was great and convenient! The staff were very pleasant and the manager Nate, was so very nice and helpful!! We would highly recommend this hotel! We will be returning to Surestay Studio Bestwestern for our next trip to VA.

  THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THERE WERE PPL SMOKING WEED IN THE HALLS AND POOL, A DRUNK WOMAN BANGED ON OUR DOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WE MADE THE FRONT OFFICE AWARE AND CHECKED OUT A DAY EARLY DO TO THESE ISSUES. THE HOTEL DOD NOT GIVE US A REFUND SO WE CONTACTED CORPERATE BEST WESTERN, AND WERE ALSO DENIED A REFUND. MIND U IT WAS 497$ FOR 1 NIGHT. THE ROOM LOOKED MORE LIKE A YMCA, THE BEDROOM HAS NO WINDOWS, THERE IS A COUCH BUT NO TABLES. IF U R LOOKING FOR A SAFE EXPERIENCE WITH A NICE ROOM, THIS IS NOT IT!!!!!!

  The hotel location is wonderful. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean hotel. Good parking spaces. Room service staff gave us fresh towels everyday. Pool was nice size, fresh towels. Price was fair for high peak season. Did enjoy the full kitchen. Electric flat top, only 2 burners, takes a bit to make food, but it works. The room was nice, 2 beds and sofa bed. Beautiful balcony view. I would highly recommend and I will be booking again.

  Great oceanfront view. Close access to the beach. Friendly staff. One elevator which was very slow. The phone in the room was not working, it took 2 days to repair. The kitchenette was okay. No oven or exhaust fan. The cookware needs to be updated. Room needed some cleaning upon arrival. Clean towels and washcloths brought to the room but trash wasn't emptied. Overall not a bad stay for the price. We were there for a week.

  I was very disappointed with this hotel. A trip planned for my grandchildren and I turned into pure frustration. Numerous complaints were made and what they wanted to offer me was not suitable for the price I payed to stay in a CLEAN establishment. I have numerous complaints to hotels.com that I booked through which I will never use again with no compensation except for $180 key to use against my next booking which I declined because I will never use again. I have spent numerous days and hours trying to get a compensation
