  Our family had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great experience. The hotel is extremely kid-friendly and perfect for a family vacation. Our newly renovated, beach-themed room was modern, comfortable, and very clean. There is so much for kids to enjoy! The hotel has three outdoor pools, including the SplishSplash Lagoon, plus an indoor pool with a lazy river. There’s also a movie theater which gave the kids plenty to do throughout our stay. One of the best parts is the location—you’re just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and then come back to all the activities at the hotel. The kids loved this hotel so much, and seeing how much fun they had made the trip even more special for us. This is definitely a great place for families with kids. We had an awesome experience and are definitely going back!

  There were no functioning ice makers on any of the floors in the tower with the Italian restaurant. The only hydration station on the entire property was an old-school water fountain in the fitness center. It was hard not to feel like the lack of accessible water stations was encouraging guests to purchase disposable water bottles. For a beach property in 2026, I found the lack of attention to environmental sustainability especially disappointing. I would really like to see more convenient hydration stations throughout the property and a greater effort to reduce single-use plastics. The Good: The beach is absolutely beautiful and was the cleanest beach I've ever visited. Our room was oceanfront and had an incredible view. There are four pools: -The main pool has a beautiful beach view and featured live music or DJs every night during our stay. The attached pool bar served delicious drinks, and we really enjoyed relaxing poolside. -The indoor pool looked nice, although we didn't use it since we had perfect weather throughout our visit. -The smaller pool on the street side of the property has waterfalls and two water slides. This was easily my 10-year-old niece's favorite part of the entire stay. -The lazy-river-style pool is right next to the smaller pool. There aren't any floats, but it still has that lazy-river feel. It was fairly underutilized during our stay, based on what we observed. Self-parking was easy and convenient in the parking deck across the street, although it does cost $10 per night. The movie room was a nice touch, and the free popcorn was a bonus. They say they take movie requests, and my niece submitted one. They wrote her request on the schedule, but then ended up playing a different movie anyway, which was a little disappointing. Our suite had a microwave, coffee maker, and a decent-sized mini fridge. I did wish there had been a second sink in the suite, rather than having to use the bathroom sink for everything. Overall, there were some really great amenities (especially the beach and pools) but a few relatively simple improvements could make the experience much better. This would be a 4 star review if the price we paid matched the value we received. Sincerely, A Platinum Elite guest

  Worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. Booked two rooms at the same time for my family. When booking them requested they be close together since we would be sharing sunscreen, laundry, food, and time together. I sent a text to the hotel before we arrived and again requested rooms close together, understanding they may not be able to be right next to each other, just as close as possible. When we checked in I again requested rooms close together. We could not have been further apart. One room on an upper floor all the way on the north end. The other room on a middle floor all the way on the south end. To get between them you need to go down to first floor, walk a long, hot hallway, walk through the lobby, walk another long, hot hallway and back up the stairs since the elevators take forever. And the hallways are extremely hot. After the first night I asked again to get moved closer together after I watched 30 families check out and drive away. The front desk person wouldn’t even attempt to help me and basically told me to go away. Horrible experience. Horrible stay. Avoid this hotel!!!

  Cobrós extras,, yo hice mi reservacion e la aplicación de Booking, y la información de booking decía que yo estaba pagando, parqueo incluido, pero en el hotel me lo volvieron a cobrar $10 por noche, también en la reservacion yo pagué desayuno para 3 personas $16.99 por cada persona, pero en recepción dijeron que el las "políticas de hotel" solo se podía pagar para 2 personas. Yo le mostré mi recervacion al recepcionista, y simplemente no le importó, entonces todos los dias tuve que volver a pagar un desayuno extra para mi hija, que fueron $17.99. En total pgue alrededor de $100 extra, el viaje fue para una reunión familiar también mis hermanas hicieron 2 reservaciones iguales, en total entre yo y mis hermanas pagamos alrededor de $3100 por 2 noches, pero estamos de acuerdo en no regresar por los cobros ocultos entre Booking y el hotel fue algo muy frustrante, otro punto es que en los pasillos de hotel y elevadores no había aire acondicionado, estaba super caliente. En resumen de mi experiencia es, Mucho cuidado con los cobros extras.

  For a 12 story hotel, having only 2 elevators is already a major bottleneck. Having 1 of them completely out of service on a Sunday during peak checkout turned the situation into a complete nightmare. The front desk extended our checkout by 1.5 hours, yet our keycard was still deactivated at exactly 11:00 AM. With only 1 elevator operating and no apparent urgency to get the broken elevator repaired, I was forced to walk up and down 10 flights of stairs just to have our key reactivated. You would expect a hotel of this size to have an on call engineer or an emergency maintenance plan for something as critical as an elevator, especially during peak checkout. This was not a one time inconvenience. I had to make the trip multiple times while carrying heavy luggage and beach gear and traveling with a young child. It was exhausting, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the parking garage was overwhelmed during checkout, making vehicle retrieval another ordeal. Between the broken elevator, poor keycard management, parking chaos, lack of contingency planning, and the staff’s indifferent response, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The hotel was clearly not equipped to handle a busy checkout period when something went wrong. I would not recommend staying here.
