- HWHeather Woodford5 days ago4.0I was a late walk in.. Levi and his supervisor were fantastic. Views are amazing!!! Bed not amazing, I could not get comfortable even with all the pillows that were not great either. Otherwise hotel is nice and clean, I wish I had more time to stay and enjoy the room and views longer. It was a great unexpected end to my vacation.

He definitely understands customer service and kindly upgraded our standard room to one with an ocean view instead of a pool view. So nice! It’s great to see people like this still exist at hotels. Room is clean, especially for an older hotel. Location is quiet at the end of the boardwalk. Love the complimentary coffee and creamer in the lobby. We’ll be back!

He always has a smile on his face, no matter the situation and always finds a way to fix any situation at hand. He starts my trip off right when I see he’s behind the desk. He always goes above and beyond to Make sure all of the guests are happy.
