  Good place, right on boardwalk and close to restaurants. Even though charges for parking, finding closer to hotels challenge as well as in additional parking lot.

  This was my family and I’s first time staying at the this hotel and stayed for almost the entire week and dare I say was it the best vacation I ever had out of all the times we’ve came to Va beach. The rooms were probably the most nicest and cleanest rooms I ever seen. The pillows, bed sheets, lighting was amazing. The water pressure is pretty good, the LED light mirror in the bathroom 100/10 didn’t even have to use the celling light cause the led light was really bright in a very good way. The staff was friendly and so were the housekeepers. The views from the balcony was very nice since my family and I were on the last floor which was the 10th. Breakfast was fantastic there is a variety of different options to eat and I like how they take out old dishes and add new dishes everyday so you don’t have to be eating the same dishes. There was an outdoor seating and indoor seating which is nice and there’s also seating areas where you can eat your food and view the outside, the boardwalk and the ocean. The elevators were a bit slow when I would press the button but that wasn’t really a big issue. The pool was decent and so was the gym. I love how diverse the hotel was and how friendly everyone is. I definitely recommend staying here if you want something peaceful and friendly. As the first time staying at this hotel, this for sure is going to be my family’s go to hotel for now on.

  Do not recommended, room was infected with bugs the hotel offered to spray the bugs and I agreed but asked if they would cover the bed and they had told me they would. When I came back to the room all the dead bugs were in the bed and many weren’t even killed. There were more then 200 flies in that room. DO NOT BOOK! NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

  Hotel is right on the beach which is perfect for when you have kids. There is a private shower outside for after the beach, and an indoor pool for rainy days. The hotel staff was wonderful and kind. All spaces were clean. Very close to a restaurant called Gran Patron which was AMAZING. Over all, a wonderful experience. Ps- the breakfast was delicious and FREE!

  An excellent experience; we will definitely be back next year. The breakfast was wonderful—perfect. I loved the amazing beach access, though there were three things that weren't quite as comfortable: the parking area was too small, as was the pool, and the comforters (sandwiched between the flat sheets) were slightly stained, as if they hadn't been changed. Fortunately, I had brought my own sheets; we asked for a comforter at the front desk, and they kindly brought one to our room. Still, the place is beautiful.
