  Wonderful stay. Very clean and cordial hotel. Our room wasn’t ready and they upgraded us to a room with a beach view and couch! The room was clean and had everything you needed. Everyone was welcoming. Front desk lady gave us a free cookie when we checked in. Every employee greeted us and was kind. Even the guests were kind as we were chatting in the elevator. I’m only giving 4 stars for service because it was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi on the Nintendo Switch (but able to connect on phones, iPads, etc) and the breakfast was not great. But I can’t complain really for a free breakfast. Highly recommend the stay! I will definitely book again.

  Everything was simple, I tried a 3rd party for the booking but I didn’t find what I was looking for so I called the hotel directly and they got me right, late check out, great rate for the room, friendly face. And one thing me and my wife noticed compared to other hotels we have been too, it smells great through out, shout out to Anjani for the late checkout THANK YOU

  Wonderful stay, just one block from the beach. We actually had an ocean view from our room, there was a gap between the hotels right on the beach, so bonus points for that. Well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Spotlessly clean rooms with no overpowering chemical smell. Full breakfast with both hot and cold items, meticulously attended to so that everything was always fresh and the coffee never ran out The staff was professional yet friendly. As we were here prior to Memorial Day, rates were extremely affordable. I was surprised at the parking fee, but as I explored the area I realized that it was half of what others charged and parking scarce. Really enjoyed our stay.

  Do not stay here. Ignore any good reviews. This hotel was terrible; unsanitary, loud, and terrible staff. The room next to us was extremely loud (9pm-12pm) and when we asked the staff for assistance / to politely ask them to please quiet down - and we asked for this help not only once, not twice, but three times over the phone - they did nothing until we walked downstairs to the staff desk ourselves and found the female staffer on FaceTime with her friends. Then she went upstairs to the room and still did nothing. We had to beg to be moved to another room - only to be kept up by outside noise on the street. Noise outside is out of their control - but the noise inside absolutely is. No respect, no apologies, and no regard for how exhausted we were after trying to be polite and ask for help appropriately.

  Having read the prior reviews, I was a little worried about my choice but I felt the need to write a great review because that was my experience. The rooms were clean, looked updated and had a great layout. The property states that they are a no vape, no smoking, no weed property, (which I love) but some of the sketchy guests violated that and you can tell when you walk the halls sometimes. (Again, not the hotels' fault.) The parking is cheap and great especially for the location. The breakfast was good enough and more than did the job for the price pt of the hotel. Some of the reviews talk about how lacking the breakfast was and I think those people are expecting a Four Seasons Hotel service on their budget. Also, there are tons of walkable cafes for breakfast if you'd like to go elsewhere. The service was, to me, top notch. Checked in at 4 pm with no issues. You can reach the front desk by phone, in person, or text. I had an issue with noise due to guests next door and they graciously moved me. I was nervous about asking and they were more than accommodating. The only negative was the loudness and rudeness of current guests staying there at all hours of the night, which, again, is not the hotel's fault. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended and I really appreciated the staff.
