- MLMichelle LeffertsMay 3, 20262.0Almost everything in the room needed a refresh. And the tv is mounted near the door that separates adjoining rooms, so I could hear the people next to us watching sci-fi action movies literally all night - woke me up at 4AM.

When we arrived, the room they showed us had no accessible amenities. There was no way I could use that room. Such a disappointment. Needless to say, I canceled my reservation and was completely reimbursed.

The bathroom needed extra cleaning, we had to wipe the doors off with lysol wipes. The dishes were also slightly dirty. There was a draft in the room that if you sit on the bed close to the window, you will feel it. Otherwise the room was okay. The personnel was very friendly and polite.

The rooms appeared to be nice upon first opening the door, but it doesn’t take long to realize how grimy and unclean the furniture was. There was what appeared to be mulch (god forbid mouse droppings) on my daughter’s bed. Also, there was constant-loud- noise above and next to our room, which was very unfortunate. Will not be staying here again.
