- LOLadrina OwensMay 7, 20262.0Let's start with guests services, we were greated within a timely manner and we were also given a goodie bag. I've never had a hotel do that before. The room accommodated our needs, however, after I showered the bottom of my feet were black from dirt and debris. That was totally unacceptable. I even went to the store and purchased a cheap broom and mop. Lastly, during our stay the cleaning staff would be outside of our room talking, laughing obnoxiously loud during relatively early hours. Outside of these things the location and room suited our needs.
- CWCherie WilligApr 28, 20264.0Room was clean except tile floor - it had light dirt where you had to clean your feet. Breakfast was very fresh. Staff very friendly. Loved the shower head water felt like a massage. We would stay there again.
- SSSidneyApr 8, 20262.0Rooms/Service/Location was fine. The Maintenance/Cleaning crews were the problem. We stayed for 4 days a week ago. And we got booked near the Maintenance Rooms and they constantly SLAMMED the Maintenance doors over and over and over and over again. I counted 65 times in one hour to be exact. For about half a day. Every day. I wasn't able to sleep in or relax during the day. They sat outside the rooms and were loud. Played music, smoked. Wasn't very professional.

Our third room was a clean room, but showed wear and tear, specifically in the bathroom. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Coffee was good, though.
