  Staff was very friendly. Rooms were ok. However, during our entire stay we could not use the pool. The pool was green. I asked them about the pool upon check in because that was my main reason for booking a room with them. They told me that recent storms affected the pool and stayed that they had put chemicals in the day prior. So, by the next day it should be good and available for use. Our entire stay it was green! We would see one of their staff at the pool skimming and cleaning it each day. Whatever "chemicals" they had put in the pool did not work and they obviously need a professional to take care of it! I'm frustrated, though, because I would not have booked or stayed there had I known about the pool!!

  Im currently staying here....let me start off by saying ALL the staff are friendly and accommodating... great attitudes ...location is GREAT..... but the ownership of the hotel truly does not care to do their best ..they want to "just get by" . I do have to add ...the door tag where you ask to have your room cleaned ...ignored....ohh and smokers ? Huge fine to smoke in your room ... but do they provide a smoking area ..seats? No .. smoke in 100f heat sitting on the cement ... 2 $5 walmart plastic chairs? ..not for you !

  The customer service was excellent but, the floors in the room were very slick and sticky. I'm glad I brought my house shoes cause just walking in the room with socks on my feet were black. The Continental breakfast was okay nothing special about it but it did what it was supposed to do. I gave 3 stars cause for the price of the room for a weekend and the way the room was,was crazy to me. We enjoyed our stay, the room provided it's purpose but more than likely I will not be back.

  Really clean rooms. Breakfast changed daily. Was a real breakfast not just a pastry. Staff was super friendly. One of the top 2 that I have ever stayed in. This was my third time over the last couple years. Has been perfect every time.

  This place is average, the room we stayed in was was wiped down but I would not call it clean. The AC was very cold and just wish there had been extra blankets in room.
