Hotel is fabulous. Breakfast is wonderful. Major negative. DO NOT STAY ON THE 8th FLOOR. The breakfast area is right above and you will be hearing chairs sliding nonstop. They offered us $25 bucks a night…woke us up at 6am. Unbelievable.

I always enjoy my stay here. The young lady at the front desk, who has been here for years, is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. She has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. During my most recent stay, she even remembered my daughter from when she was just a baby. It's that kind of personal touch that makes guests feel valued and appreciated.
This has become my favorite local getaway, and I highly recommend it. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, the complimentary breakfast is a nice bonus, and the staff consistently provides excellent service. I hope the front desk associate receives the recognition she deserves for making every stay feel special. Thank You.

My daughter and I stayed here one night during Memorial Day weekend. That weekend was such a wash being how much it rained and how cool it got. BUT, the one night we stayed here we paid no attention to the rain. This is a great hotel! Great location and amenities. The staff were very nice and pleasant. My pet stayed with us and that was an easy process. The Wegmans underneath the hotel was super convenient. Parking was kind of confusing and caused a little frustration for me but once I found it I was able to come and go with was using my room key. Such a great place to stay and I can’t wait for our next stay.

I am writing in response to the front-desk agent encouraging me to reach out to management about my awful experience. My sister and I stayed at your hotel for a weekend staycation to get some rest and catch up on some work. We were not able to accomplish either. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told to park two hours in the retail garage and then move across the street to park. I have a medical condition that limits my ability to walk far. We found a parking space about 50 feet from the elevator door that was great for us; however we moved across the street as instructed. Upon check-in, I fired up my laptop to get some work done, but could not concentrate due to the loud music. I called downstairs and asked when the music would stop and was told 9p. Because of the noise, I could not take this time to rest nor could I work. I went to dinner at 8p thinking I could work at night. Upon arriving at the restaurant, which had many empty tables, we were met by the hostess. He could not find our reservations. We learned that we had mistakenly changed our reservation for that day to the following day for 8p. With plenty of empty tables, the host and manager made a big deal about this mistake. The host said they were only taking people with reservations and we could sit at the bar. He went and got the manager (upon my request) who came out and acted as if he was doing us a favor--an exception this time--to let hotel guest dine at a restaurant with empty tables. We were told that whatever we order, we needed to have it in by a certain time because the kitchen closed at 9p. My sister asked if a dish had ginger and was told no by a server. The dish had ginger and was later confirmed by the kitchen. We were rushed in making entree decisions and the ($80) experience from the beginning to end was not good. Upon returning to my room (after 9p), the music was ongoing. I called the front desk and another front-desk agent said that the music would stop at 10p. I shared with her that I was told 9p earlier that day. She asked by whom and said she would call me back. She never did. I laid down listening to the loud music until it stopped. At check-out, the third front-desk agent (Alberto) we encountered asked why did we park across the street. We shared the story and he validated our parking. I also shared our experience at the hotel. After he learned that my stay was awful, he went to speak the manager. The manager did not come out and offered through the front-desk agent an accommodation compensation for $50. What an insult! The front-desk agent then gave me the manager's business card for me to follow-up. I felt that the service recovery failed to meet the awful experience caused by the hotel and put Alberto in an awkward position. I understand that things go wrong, but this experience fell far below the standard I paid for. The initial discount offered does not offset the major inconveniences I faced. I am seeking a 50% refund. Please get in touch with me. This review was private, but the Captcha security on your website did not work, so I could not submit it directly to you.
