  Elvia was the best waiter! She made our stay truly wonderful with her kindness, excellent service, and attention to detail. She helped make our experience memorable, and we truly appreciate her. Mohammed, our shuttle bus driver, was also very helpful. He was friendly, honest, and answered all of our questions with patience. His kindness and great attitude added to our positive experience. Thank you both for making our stay special!

  Elvia the waitress for breakfast was amazing !!! She was sooo sweet & accommodating she was always smiling & being helpful loved her so much ! Also Mohammad the van driver took us to various places such as Walmart the mall & to get food he was always on time and absolutely sweet !

  We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Washington Dulles Airport. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with comfortable beds that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect for anyone traveling through Dulles Airport, and the airport shuttle was convenient and reliable. We also appreciated the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near Dulles Airport!

  Everything is great! Rooms are clean. Most disappointing thing is you pay a lot of money for the rooms and you don't get free breakfast. I usually don't pick hotels without free breakfast, but unfortunately this is the hotel the team picked. Next time I will go to a different hotel regardless of where the team is. Every hotel should provide free breakfast for as much as they charge per room. They have a restaurant in the hotel that offers breakfast, but it's $14 a person. I'm not paying $14 a person. I don't eat $14 worth of breakfast food.

  Terrible, why would you have only one person to work 2 am in the morning by themselves on top of that have people stand in line for booking a room for two whole hours. I work for an airline that does business with this hotel. Unfortunately, our outbound flight was cancelled so we thought we were assigned to hotels rooms onto to find out upon arrival our rooms were not ready and we had to wait close to three whole hours cutting into our rest time.
