  We stayed here 6 nights. Overall this was a nice hotel. We liked our room. The fitness was nice and they have free laundry for guests. There is also free coffee. The service was good and the hotel was in a good location for us. There is no breakfast, but they do have a little convenient mart with a nice assortment of things for purchase. There is not a pool. The hallways were dirty some of the nights. The one morning, when we were working out, we also did laundry. An employee was using 4 of the 5 washing machines to wash personal clothes from home. We had 2 loads of laundry to do and she only left us 1 washer. We found out the washer she didn't use was having issues, so then our clothes got stuck in the washer. We had to unplug the washer and keep messing with it to get it to start over and wash the clothes again. Our laundry took an hour longer than it should have due to this. I don't think the employees should be doing their laundry from home here, the laundry is for guests. If they are going to do this, they should not use up all 4 good washers and just leave the broken one for guests. It was very frustrating!

  The hotel was overall good—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service at the reception, especially from Adeeba. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in my experience. She handled everything smoothly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Honestly, her excellent customer service is what sets this hotel apart.

  The bed was comfortable. The room had a funky mold smell. Our keys were deactivated after the first night and we had to go back down to front desk. They handled the situation quickly. A housekeeper knocked on our door two hours or check out to ask us when we were leaving.

  The desk clerk and customer service here are very good. I have only stayed at this property once. Some areas of the one room I stayed in are very worn or appear dirty. The bathroom and some furniture need work, see photos. Update: The property manager or owner reached out to me and apologized from my room's condition. He was very nice and appeared sincere. Again, very good customer service. I would give this hotel another try and see how other rooms are.
