- RCRobert Crouch5 days ago1.0Where to start. 4th floor room. 4 nights here and elevator is down for 3 of the 4 nights. ! Lack of maintenance is obvious. Smoke detector going off for hours, probably low battery. Again NO MAINTENANCE. Water drips all night in the shower!! NO MAINTENANCE. TRASH BAGS FULL sitting in the hall way for days. DO NOT STAY HERE !! we call the front desk due to an air compressor running constantly for the dry sprinkler system and front dest says " we dont have a maintenance man" Imagine that! NEVER AGAIN!!! 10-10-2026 Oh! there is an old couple living in the lobby all day and night watching TV... interesting...
- JMjoseph marineOct 5, 20262.0Extremely convenient location the rooms don't smell clean. The mold is in the air. The price point was higher than expected. The room is in need of repairs. After two weeks of trying to get service I think moving is the next best option. The building and the are visually appealing but the building is not fully functional To get water pressure on the forth floor ypu have to shower outside predictable hours. 0600 am and 2100 pm are the times to shower, shave or wash dishes.
- GWGregory WoodardOct 5, 20265.0Staff were incredibly accommodating, room was clean, and location was perfect. Definitely helped make my stay in NOVA worthwhile.
- CMChristopher MochelSep 28, 20265.0We had a great stay, it was clean and safe and our house keeper Nuria was the best!!! I left something in the room and she kept it safe for me, and she kept our room spotless even in the places you don't look at(but I do), beds are comfy too.
- JAJohnny AppleseedSep 19, 20265.0Stayed here 10 years ago for a year.. Pulled up and there were 5 cop cars in the parking lot...I WAS LIKE OH HELL...But went in got a room Jaun was very helpful and friendly. Apologized about the cops and because he was so nice I decided to stay...
