  there were these massive black crickets in my room, I ended up buying raid and sleeping with it next to me to kill the bugs. There were toenail clippings on the floor when I got here. I asked to change rooms because I’m here for another few days, they wouldn’t let me. Because my stay is nonrefundable I can’t get a different place so I’m trapped in this room with these bugs and someone else’s toenails my data it’s so bad here I can’t even send a text, and the Wi-Fi doesn’t make a difference. $400 for a 3 night stay can get you something much better would Absolutely NOT recommend staying here trying to upload photos for my review, but it won’t let me

  Melinda (Front Desk) provided great service, informed us about the shuttle service and help us checked in. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the place. Shuttle service was great friendly, great drivers.

  Esta a 1h en metro de Washington. Pero tiene un servicio gratuito de traslado al aeropuerto y viceversa donde puedes moverte en metro.

  Had a pleasant stay. The First room gaven to us had humidity. But when we talked to the front desk they changed it right away. There is a problem with room location. When I was reserving the room from website I choose first floor cause it was written ground floor also. So we wouldn’t be at the ground floor. But room gaven to us was a ground floor which they said it is a first floor. Basically it has two levels ground and the first. The hotel has to corrected. Either must written first floor and the second floor or ground floor and the first floor. It is confusing. We loved breakfast, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. We used the shuttle to go to airport and then to the city center every day.

  Hotel confortável próximo ao aeroporto de Dulles. Para uma estadia somente bate-e-volta para o aeroporto, vale a pena, pois oferece serviço de Shuttle. A gente ficou um dia a mais porque tínhamos uma conexão somente no dia seguinte. Neste caso, precisamos utilizar o Shuttle para voltar ao aeroporto e conseguir pegar um metrô para visitar a cidade. Outra dica para comer e fazer compras é utilizar o serviço de transporte público, que é gratuito na região. Tem um mall nas proximidades que oferece boas lojas e restaurantes. O café da manhã é bom também.
