  This had to have been by far one of my worst experiences in a hotel. The smell of the room hits you as soon as you enter. Like a wet dog and stale cigarette stench. The inside furnishings were no better. EVERYTHING stunk and almost everything was torn up in some way. The inside bottom of the bathroom door looked as if someone had locked an animal inside and the poor thing had clawed it apart trying to escape. The desk chair arms were ripped and the ends were completely missing. I always try to tidy up before I leave. When I took the trash bag out of the bathroom I saw that the trashcan was broken. The power sockets by the bed didnt charge. It was very dark in the room at night even with all the lights on. The elevator door would not close all the way and had a 4 inch gap when I tried to go back down. Let's just say I pressed the door open button and quickly got off. Needed the exercise anyone after the long drive. All in all a miserable experience. Not what I would expect from this company. The few staff I did cross paths with were pleasant.

  This hotel was good for the short night we needed, but I'm glad we didn't need to stay longer. When we checked in around midnight after a very long journey, the woman told us they didn't have any cribs in their hotel. I'm not sure if she just didn't want to find one for us, or if they truly didn't have a single crib or pack & play, which we found hard to believe. The room we stayed in needed a bit of TLC / general maintenance, with some paint flaking, faux wood peeling and damaged in lots of places, and in general everything just felt wet / damp and very humid. I think the fan on the AC may have had an issue because it definitely didn't sound right, but thankfully we brought a sound machine to drown it out. It was good enough for the quick night we needed along our journey, but if it was any longer I would have requested a different room. The young man who did the breakfast service was working so hard & kept up with the food demand, even with a full dining room. He did an amazing job!

  Our stay was disappointing overall. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, and while the front desk agent promptly moved us to another room, that one had stains on the bedding and didn’t feel sanitary. We requested for fresh linens the next day, but the request wasn’t fulfilled by the cleaning crew. Breakfast also lacked variety, especially for vegetarians, compared to other Holiday Inn locations we’ve stayed at.

  Exactly as advertised. Pet friendly, clean rooms, comfy beds, accommodating staff. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are large, with refrigerator (I think also microwave, but we didn't use it, so i dont remember). The included breakfast was surprisingly good, with a variety of proteins, carbs, a pair of excellent coffee machines, and a very nice person overseeing it all.

  Good location right off I81 and friendly staff. But this is NOT your usual Holiday Inn Express. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever been to...? The room smelled horrible. The towels didn't smell good. The bed was comfortable and clean. Pillows were good. The pool was open and looked okay. The coffee was in a fancy grinding machine but tasted horrible. They had the large pump containers of Coffee Mate "flavors" hazelnut, French vanilla, sweetened original. BUT NO ORIGINAL coffee mate creamer. No non dairy creamer of anykind. Half and half was in a pitcher but empty. The breakfast was weird. Everybody passed around a pitcher of milk for their cereal/oatmeal. Jelly was in a big squirt bottle that everyone passed around. They didn't have cartons of milk, so had to get it out of the pitcher passed around....then it ran out and everyone looking around. Oinkos yogurt in a package. Muffins in packages. The breakfast was weird. Not your typical experience from Holiday Inn Express Room was $159 I believe.
