  I rented a suite with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed for 1 night. The hotel claims it to be a suite that sleeps 6 adults. Well, there are indeed 2 queens and 1 sofabed. That's it. They have a lot of issues, let me share the major ones here to hopefully help some to avoid the bad experience we just had last night 10/19/2026. 1. There's only 1 tiny sink in the whole room. I've been expected 2 sinks, 1 in the kitchen, and 1 in the bathroom. 2. There's no kitchen. There's no chinaware or stoneware cups, bowls, plates. There's no stove, no pot or pan, and no silverware. It's not a suite that we've seen and experienced in other hotel chains for their suites. 3. The wifi speed was so slow that the connection is practically unusable. 4. We expected some separation setup like a curtain or a wall, but everything are all in a bigger room, that's it. 5. There were 3 of us staying and usually I have been the one who go to pick up breakfasts and bring them back to the room for all 3 of us. I used a small plastic bag to help me carry some stuffs. Just when I opened the fridge to select our 1st yogurt, the breakfast area staff stopped me and asked if she could help me. After I thankes her and told her that i didn't need help, she asked if I was going to have breakfast in the breakfast hall! That really pisses me off. The plastic bag was still empty, she somehow let her feeling of some sort to show through a sense of accusations. 6. When we checked in and went to our room, we found almost everything we're near depletion state. Body wash bottle on the shower wall was 90% empty. The tissue box had a few pieces left because it's already showing the beige color paper. The toilet roll was also a joke, not only there's no extra roll, but also the only 1 roll being used is almost finished. It certainly wouldn't be enough for even 1 person, let alone 3. There is also no paper towel. I went to the front desk and asked for them, and was told that they don't supply paper towel. But they don't even have table clothing the room since there is no kitchen in the suite. I had to drive to the nearest supermarket to get those paper products! 7. There is only 1 tiny waste bin in the whole room! We were shocked again as well! How could they expect a suite that they claim to accommodate 6 adults to use a tiny waste bin for the waste from 6 people. That bin is not even big enough for 1 guest! 8. There is no luggage rack in the room. When we asked for it, we were told to use any counter space, or space on the beds... I looked to me a scam. We had wanted to log in to our laptops but the over sluggish Internet did not allow us. We are seasoned travelers, but this was the first time when we all were stunned by this overarketing and overselling scheme. Hope none of you readers would encounter anything like this in your trip.

  The room was clean, although there was a slight smell, which I assume might have been coming from the carpets. Front desk staff were nice and funny. The $5 daily parking fee felt a little unnecessary, especially since there is plenty of parking and the hotel is only accessible by car. Overall, a decent place to spend the night before continuing on your journey.

  Spacious room with tasteful art on the walls. Lighting is warm and welcoming. The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable! Coffee and breakfast spread was top-notch. Microwave in the room was a huge plus. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this place!

  Hotel is close enough to the highway that you can hear the drone of trucks driving by if you have a front facing room. There were no biscuits...can I only get biscuits in the South? Also, be aware that you will have to pay $5 for parking, although I hadn't expected this since this hotel had ample parking with nothing near it but a car dealership. Other than that, room and public areas were clean. Good enough for the one night that I stayed.

  Standard-issue HIE. Everything was as it should be. The best thing about it is that Wright's Dairy-Rite is just down the road about 1 mile or so. An honest-to-goodness drive-in straight out of the 1950s. We stayed here on the way up...and on the way back. Far enough off the interstate (I-81) that you don't hear the noise and close enough to town for a choice of food. (Not that we'll ever eat anywhere but Wright's again.)
