Very clean, staff was nice, it was located in a great location right by the highway to DC. We were back and forth to DC very convenient. There was a lot around as well stores, restaurants, bars, and gas station. Free breakfast was available. Gym to work out and pool was open.

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms offered very comfortable beds and the hotel was very clean. But I really want to give a big thank-you to the front desk staff. They were amazing!. My husband had a major computer problem and Emelila spent so much time trying to resolve his issues, as did Daseny. And I also want to thank Loudette for being so nice. The three of them deserve a raise!
It’s just so nice to come to a place where people are friendly and really seem to love what they do. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We booked this hotel last minute as we were driving home from FL and just needed a comfortable, quiet place to stop. Our one requirement while looking online was an indoor pool so the kids could unwind a bit after 14 hours in the car, and we paid a bit more for it. When we checked in we were assured the pool was open until 10pm. We got our room keys and headed up to our room so the kids could get changed to go swimming. As soon as we got off the elevator I knew we made a poor choice. There was bags of trash in the hallways and yelling coming from several rooms. I actually questioned if it was an overflow shelter. But it was late and we just wanted to get settled. The kids got changed and ran down to the pool...which was locked and had a sign stating "closed for cleaning will reopen soon" at 8 pm. When we asked the front desk about the poolwe were told the kids from the baseball team must have ruined it and it was closed for the night (I'm sure this didn't happen within 10 minutes as the children were all upstairs yelling in their rooms when we originally walked in). When I asked for a refund due to the closed pool, messy hallways and extremely loud noise, I was told that can't happen and he just walked away from us. The beds were comfortable, which was great but we didn't sleep at all, with all the noise across the hall and the children running up and down the hallway all night. There were also areas blocked off looking like they were under renovation and many of the outside doors had signs on them saying don't use out of order, making it very difficult to get to our car that was parked in the back of the building. Overall, this was not a great experience. We left exhausted and still had an 8-hour car ride ahead of us.

I've stayed here plenty of times before, but during this most recent stay, the service was very disappointing. We stayed for two nights but our room was not serviced while we were there. Since housekeeping didn't come, I went down to the front desk to get additional towels. The front desk clerk informed me that the hotel ran out of towels! I've never experienced that in a hotel before. The front desk clerk said they ran out of towels because they had other guests in the hotel, a little league baseball team, who were using multiple (4-5) towels per person which caused them to run out of towels.
This was a very bad customer experience because there was no solution for lack of towels. No attempt to solve the problem of a lack of towels. There was no attempt to find a solution.
