  It is after 11 PM and there is about 30 to 40 screaming junior high school aged children in the hallway without parents or any type of supervision present. I notified the front desk and they did not seem at all concerned. No one showed up to address the insane noise issue. This is not a good hotel to visit if you are a business traveler and care about getting a good nights rest.

  This will be our hotel choice when we’re in the area…clean, comfortable and quiet. We were lucky enough to be helped by Rafi, at the front desk. He was pleasant, patient and calm. He also took the time to say or do something to make every guest a little happier.

  Excellent service. Enjoy the stay and liked the free shuttle to the metro station. Rooms were clean and fresh. Great stay

  We stayed here on a class trip with my 14 year old son. We left to go out for the day with the group. He had left $87 under his backpack on the desk in the room for the day. Why would he do that? He's a 14 year kid that was staying in a room with other 14 year olds for a class trip. I went down to the front desk, and didn't accuse anyone of theft. I assumed it was a misunderstanding and the person that came in the room thought it was a tip. Seems like quite a large tip for a kid to leave, but either way. I was told the GM would be reaching out to me. That was on Thursday morning. It is now Tuesday and I am yet to hear a peep. The travel agency that arranged the trip for the school also reached out and has not heard back. Seems like something that should take priority. Especially when the travel agency clearly uses this hotel for class trips. There were a lot of students in the hotel. Seems like I am not going to get my money back at this point, so I hope this google review makes it worth the $87 not returned to a child. UPDATE: As seen in the response below, nothing will be done about this. I don't know how you can "look on the cameras" unless there are cameras in the rooms, which I would assume is a big "no no"....I was told I would receive a call last week, and I am yet to receive a call. The responsibility was put on me to call them. Let this be a lesson to everyone using this hotel. Put away valuable items. Intentionally or unintentionally, they may come up missing. I am sure this is something my son will never forget, especially when he had to tell me with tears in his eyes that "someone took the money Mom gave me".

  The hotel’s communications were wonderful. I truly appreciated the text messages sent to ensure we were having a good stay. The hotel is very centrally located and convenient to shopping eating and the airport.
