  location is perfect for those who need access to all major highways and Amtrak service. breakfast good, many options and rooms were clean. I woukd use this hotel again when in the Virginia area.

  The facility looks very clean and updated, but as soon as you get on the elevator and reach the floor, there’s a strong musty smell. Although the room was listed as non-smoking, it reeked of cigarettes, which was especially concerning since my son has asthma. Until they properly deep clean the rooms and remove the cigarette smell from the walls, bedding, and air, I wouldn’t recommend booking here. For the price, there are better options elsewhere.

  Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There were no towels in the bathroom when we arrived, and we had to request extra towels. The beds were too small, which made our stay uncomfortable. There was also a persistent musty smell throughout the hotel. My wife and I both came back with itching on our skin—possibly from bugs. We cannot say with 100% certainty that it was caused by the hotel, but it is a concern worth noting. The breakfast was acceptable overall, but the scrambled eggs did not seem natural—they tasted artificial. By the third day, I had completely lost the desire to eat them. Additionally, on the second day, there was a person lying in the hotel hallway with many bags, appearing to be homeless, and they remained there for most of the day without any apparent action taken by the staff. I have stayed at other Best Western hotels in Seattle, Tacoma, and Los Angeles and never had any issues. I genuinely liked this brand, but after this experience, my family and I will likely avoid it going forward.

  The stay was great, clean rooms, friendly staff until I met “Curry” ( unsure of spelling). I was in the parking lot and had moved my vehicle to the very back of the hotel and backed into a space next to a grassy area. I like to let the vehicle “air out” before I continue my journey. I transport animals for a living so I had 2 EMPTY pet crates that you could see right through and see they’re empty that I set outside directly behind my vehicle to air out. “Curry” came up to me extremely aggressively, asked me if I was a customer of the hotel, I stated yes, she asked me what I was doing and I told her. She was very rude and when I asked what the problem is she responded “we don’t allow animals here” I responded with “ma’am I don’t have any animals” I then asked her for her name and she responded “why do you need my name” but finally gave it after me asking a couple more times. This was very weird and rude and took a 5 star rating down to a 3. This person should not be in hospitality.
