It was a fun experience for the whole family, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique adventure. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again!

He made the 350 stairs a breeze by pausing to educate, quiz, and make us think about sharp cheddar. IYKYK. 10/10 do recommend.

Our tour guide Quinn was very funny and knowledgeable and great with the kids that were with the group. Great area. Lots of steps to walk up and down to see each part of the caverns *so I would not recommend it to someone who is unable to walk stairs* but it was a great experience. Loved every part of it.

We had young children and elderly individuals in our tour group and he kept the young children and adults engaged with witty commentary while we waited for the elderly individuals to catch up with the group. He then did a great job describing the key features of the cave at each stop. He made sure everyone felt like a valued customer. My one regret is that I don't recall his name. The gift shop had reasonably priced souvenirs, which made the wait time no problem at all.
