We’d give 6 stars if we could! Andrew was our guide, who was super fun and made sure to acknowledge all safety things to watch for when walking through. Made lots of jokes while giving a detailed story of the history of the Caverns!! We loved the Antique and Gift shop as well. 100% would return to this spot!

Awesome experience if you have young kids. Mine absolutely loved it. My kids are 8,6, and 3 and were able to handle the hour long tour. Although my little struggled with the stairs a little bit but therenare handrails to get you up and down. Gift shop was really neat and had a wide variety of stuff. Tickets were affordable, cheaper than the other caverns in VA.

Great cave, but don't recommend for anyone with Mobility issues. Lots of steps! About 350 and they can be slippery. Friendly and knowledgeable guides. Tour is about an hour long. The souvenir shop is reasonably priced and they have a nice rock shop as well. There's also a antique store and a campground. Fun afternoon, highly recommend!
