- BPBarbara PatrickJun 29, 20264.0The room was nice although somewhat small. The bathroom was clean and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand wash available for use. The bed was very comfortable, the TV was great because it allowed you to stream apps from your phone, and the AC worked great. The breakfast was typical of an IHG property with the normal food choices plus coffee and juices. It was very conveniently located and in a quiet area. The price was reasonable for 2 nights.

I paid the most the hotel charges; more than $100. I tried to cancel the wrong date that night and was unable to cancel it at the hotel. When I attempted to cancel the incorrect reservation, less than a week beforehand, my mistake, the hotel referred me to back to Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel to confirm I was there on 06.06.2026. Reid, at the front desk, REFUSED to cancel the incorrect date, even though he knew I had been there on 06.06.2026. That is not the definition of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I joined the IHG rewards program, which I will now immediate cancel.

Our room was a king bed and it was very comfortable. Everything was clean and felt new. Breakfast in the morning was good and the coffee was great.
